Biden is sad today. He won't be able to just wave people into the country. He'll actually have to go through the motions of giving them a court ordered notice to appear that the illegal can throw away.

Even worse, he'll have to keep kids in cages while said court orders are processed. That's the only part that really bothers him. Bad optics.

Thank goodness. At least a tiny bit of sanity.

That doesn't say without a court order....Not surprised that you or the Examiner would twist it to say what it does not say...all that says is they have to be given an NTA (Notice to Appear) it is paperwork with a FUTURE court date in which they have to present themselves to the IJ for a master hearing....a master hearing is the first step after credible fear has been granted...and it usually takes more than a year for that to occur.....

Because of trump they are getting dates till like 2027. He really ****ed up the system

That he did...but I could not resist pointing out the lie in the thread...they are so easily lied to.
They really are. It's the same thing when they defend trump and he just out right admits he did it

If the Masters Hearing is administrative Biden can fast track the process.

They kinda can't. Trump cut judges and took away how they manage the dockets so things got all ****ed up

I don't think we could ever have enough judges for the biblical flood of illegals streaming in these days.
Somehow, when my grandparents came to Ellis Island there was an orderly process to handle the flood of immigrants — before there were computers.

Trump eliminated a crap ton of judges. Had he not done that we may have had a backlog, but not like we have.
We didn't need as many judges when Trump was president because he didn't **** up the border like Biden did.

Historians will argue for decades why Biden reversed so many successful Trump policies and basically manufactured the humanitarian crisis we now find ourselves in. Was it sheer stupidity, blind TDS, or just plain malice and a desire to create untold human misery?

Of course, they are not mutually exclusive.

The problem is that the Biden Admin is not enforcing the law. That law requires the administration to detain ALL asylum seekers until such time as their claim of persecution is resolved.
The only exception:
1. A person can be released due to a medical issue.
2. On a case by case basis, the AG or designee permits somebody to enter for reasons that such entry would be beneficial to the USA.

That's it. Progressives don't like the law, so they ignore it. That's why we have all these conflicting court cases etc

Whistles.

easier said than done. It has to fit in the budget and the Republicans aren't going to approve additions to the budget when they want to slice the budget by over 20%
Trump used emergency powers to move money around to fund his wall. Dems tie their own hands behind their backs.
Don't accept, we can't do it and move to, how are we going to do it.

i havent found anything stating this.
what I did find is how Biden is changing the rules tos eking asylum though. In the article they say people are typically released till their court date is given but that can take years. So as far as I can tell this is wrong

Well no Biden changed the law around title 42. The last before that was the same as it is now. Catch and release because the courts are backed up

Under bidens new rules you can't seek asylum till you've applied in other countries

"Successful program" like caging children, denying them basics, like tooth paste.

Last I checked, Biden does not have absolute power to issue rules and change laws by decree.

We needed all of those judges and more....his administration had a huge backlog that was massively overburdened.

except a lot of them already have. He may lose on that as well...because the law that Congress passed does not permit us to require that...

I was against it then and I am against that now. Congress needs to address this.
