Right after the French debate, the CBC journalists on tv, complained of the questions during the SCRUM (post-debate news conference), and particularly targeted REBEL NEWS. I can't find a segment on youtube that shows the CBC discussing it.
Barton and Cochran were quite obviously upset. They were also targetting the elections committee for having given Rebel News the same privilege given to them.

The next day, Cochran had the elections committee chief Comier on tv. I can't find the footage of said interview - but there was obvious tension between them. A short clip of it is shown by Rebel News (to be provided later).

Imho - the CBC and some journalists have been acting like spoiled prima donnas, , privileged, and ELITIST .....................who want to control what questions had to be asked, and what viewers has to hear.

The question asked by the first independent media was not among the topic in the debate - BUT, THEY ARE ALSO LEGITIMATE QUESTION, IF WE'RE TALKING ABOUT DONALD TRUMP!

Carney was caught off-guard by the questions. The questions were WOKE-related......and we know that WOKE is a big issue to Donald Trump.
Therefore - it is part of the issue but for the obvious reason of time constraint, was not included among the questions in the debate.

F**K! Why would I want a repeat spin on a question that was already discussed at the debate?
The question asked by this independent media, is relevant - since it's a WOKE issue, and woman-issue!

The ruling came after Rebel News was victorious in a lawsuit against Guilbeault, who blocked Rebel founder and owner Ezra Levant on the social media platform.

Guilbeault allegedly ordered his government department to block Rebel on X. The news organization could not receive any government news updates from the environment minister’s department.
Rebel News argued that Guilbeault blocking them from his official government account that makes government announcements and is run by an army of non-partisan civil servants is illegal.


“It would be like the passport office not giving us passports just because we criticize Trudeau,” said the news organization.

I would have agreed with this in the past, but technology and the way propaganda is now able to be adjusted on an almost realtime basis has become too powerful.

Yeah, I struggle with that assumption Canadians are able to parse the crap from the barrage of fake stuff being generated by the ton we are inundated with daily.

I remember when guys like Lavant and Lilley were subject to an editorial comments page in The Sun that routinely took them to task over their rabid nonsense. Internet blather presents an exponentially huge arena for them to shotgun with their crap and also the ability for them to block all counter arguments.

DEI is a big issue to Trump and MAGA. We'd seen it being imposed already in France, so don't imagine the likelihood of the same won't happen to Canada, or to Canadian companies.
