Actually, I think she left it up to IT experts and her aides to discard the old devices. I don't think Clinton is very tech suavy or handled any of the technical stuff herself. Come to think of it...the vast majority who use mobile devices don't either. They either get it repaired by an IT person...or buy a new one.

Moot, yet again of concern, while you have "people" to do so, they are still your people..... It is your phone and to "trust" your people to take care of things.... what if the IT guy, said screw you, tossed it in the trash, They found it, data dumped it and found out it was Mrs. Clinton's phone? Who would get in trouble? Everyone, not just the IT staff and not just Hilary.

The point Im trying to make is you still hold some responsibility......and ignorance....does not always justify negligence in my opinion unfortunately.

The FBI report said that in 2009 Colin Powell sent Clinton an email on how to avoid the FOIA requests. But she didn't follow his advice because most of her emails were to .gov addresses and preserved on the State Department server.

The FBI found no evidence that she lied, obstructed justice or acted with criminal intent.

so why do you reject facts? She lied, she intently mishandled and was grossly negligent with classified data.

It is pretty much a fact at this point that the DOJ and the FBI committed collusion, corruption and obstruction so that
she would not have to actually face charges simply because she is running for president when there are currently
people in the military being accused of way lesser charges the same way and are facing expulsion from the military
based on that.

It's only a question mark in the minds of those who...

1. Care about the rule of law.

2. Care about competence.

3. Care about honesty.

4. Cares about the underlying motivations of their President.

Anybody who doesn't have these cares don't give a rat's ass about any of this stuff and they'll vote for a serial killer if she has a (D) after her name. (that's not to say I accuse Hillary of being a serial killer...but she does have a lot of blood on her hands)
