FBI to treat "violent transgender ideology" as a new domestic terror threat.

In a petition launched on Thursday, the Heritage Foundation — along with
its spin-off group, the Oversight Project — called on the agency to add
"Transgender Ideology-Inspired Violent Extremism" aka "TIVE" to its list of
domestic extremist groups so that it could “detect, disrupt, and dismantle
TIVE cells.”

They cited the assassination of Charlie Kirk as only the "latest example" in
a long line of home-grown terrorists "brainwashed by trans ideology,"
though evidence for such a trend is thin at best.

The problem is that one type of 'terrorist' isn't really an ideologue, whereas the other truly is. There's nothing inherently dangerous about transgendered people. There's nothing inherently wrong with someone who self-identifies as anti-government, either, I suppose, as long as the ideology doesn't promote violence.

What it boils down to is that I don't trust this administration to differentiate between transgendered 'extremists' and transgendered people who make the odd remarks critical of governmental policies. See pro-Palestinian protester 'terrorists' for reference.

Well, playing devil's advocate for just a moment, we have by that report arguably 11 instances in roughly 8 'ish years where acts of violence were committed by arguably shared ideology as profiled where 4 of those instances involved the murder of kids.

Not necessarily saying the FBI is classifying this all correctly nor accounting correctly for real motivations for these crimes.

But if we politically took off the transgender community can do no wrong *as well as* the same group can only do wrong to observe for just a moment we have roughly 10 kids killed, others wounded, by someone looking to make a point and in each case there is some "involvement" with being transgender or being involved with someone who is.

Why would we not look at what may or may not be happening with such a small percentage of the population grabbing the headlines killing kids?

Understand that is not an argument to favor MAGA Republican branding of anyone transgender, but I am sensing a bit of acceptance from the other side of the political fence to even exploring what is happening (and no, I do not think the FBI under current leadership is interested in this conversation either, but curious if anyone here is.)

Many of those religious gathering places are the conduit that was needed to convince people that identity politics equates their religious beliefs.
