We are seeing a re-occurring pattern in the FBI actually being involved in the crimes they claim to be investigating / prosecuting.

This makes the second incidence in which the FBI were using informants, possibly under threat of prosecution, inside the supposed planning of "insurrection movements".... Hmmm

Please let this be about the informant they had reporting on the actions of others. The last thread jdog made failed hilariously miserably as well.
So when FBI's Peter Strzok Told Lisa Page " 'We'll Stop' Trump From Being President "
Or the FBI sighting the FBI's leaked Fake Dossier to Spy on US Citizens ....
Or getting Gen Flyin to lie the busting him for it ! (That's why ALL CHARGES were dropped )
Does this not show a pattern of the FBI Committing Crimes they are investigating ?

Oh and there's FBI guys like David Harris

Even the Liberal Gaurdian wrote about this , when is was still cool to do so, I guess...

Wow. The FBI trying to counter terrorist activities.... Imagine that.

I wonder if @jdog is equally enraged when an agent goes undercover to infiltrate and illegal alien drug and child trafficking ring.

:ROFLMAO:

Say, has anyone seen all the threads investigating the use of FISA warrants and courts? You know, out of a concern that maybe some terrorists or other criminals were treated unfairly? Or uh...did they only care about "principle" as long as it seemed useful to dishonestly attempt to discredit an absolutely warranted investigation conducted by someone they'd call a hero just five or six years ago?

The charges were dropped because Trump pardoned Flynn.

"A federal judge dismissed the criminal case against President Trump’s former national security adviser Michael T. Flynn on Tuesday, two weeks after Mr. Trump pardoned him, but portrayed the Justice Department’s previous arguments for dismissing the matter as “dubious to say the least” and suggested he “likely” would have rejected them.

In a 43-page opinion, Judge Emmet G. Sullivan of the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia expressed strong doubts about the legitimacy of Attorney General William P. Barr’s decision to try to end the case against Mr. Flynn even though he had twice pleaded guilty to lying to the F.B.I. But the judge said the subsequent pardon had rendered the legal question moot.

Sounds like you are having a hard time wrapping your head around how law enforcement organizations often try to infiltrate criminal organizations. For example, a guy pays a hitman to kill his wife, he doesn't realize its actually an undercover officer, or a terrorist organization tries to purchase a large amount of explosives and they don't realize they are talking to the FBI rather than an arms dealer.

If I go digging in your posts, will I find that you at least called out so-called "perjury traps" when people on the left perjured themselves in interrogations? (no, no, no. I'm not asking you to try to use some statement about Bill Clinton 23 years after the fact as a shield. I'm talking about here on DP)

Would you object if an illegal alien sex trafficker was caught in a "perjury" trap or is this based on what I know it is? (no, no, no. Don't say "but nobody's been charged under the Logan Act". That would be stupid. It makes Flynn's lying all the more incomprehensible, unless perhaps he was looking to protect Trump and knew he could count on an eventual pardon..... after Trump riled his base up by waving the prosecution around)

PS: Trump pardoned Flynn. Do you have any understanding of what that means in terms of the viability of federal charges relating to the pardoned conduct?
🤦‍♂️
See, you create this account name to signal "I'm above it all, so you can trust my posts!" But then you're lying in defense of a criminal Trumpist .

Multiple times, like the incredibly stupid claim about Strzok. He was scuttled when Mueller found out. Multiple reviews of his decisionmaking in the investigation were conducted and they all agreed he hadn't actually done anything he should have. Either you have no idea what happened but are going on the attack anyway or you are lying to push a partisan agenda. And no, nothing about Strzok getting yanked shows "a pattern of the FBI Committing Crimes they are investigation."

Or...wait, one second. Do you think sending a private text or email is a crime? That'd be funny. And that's what you're saying when you cited in support of "Does this not show a pattern of the FBI Committing Crimes they are investigating ?"

Oh, and PS, the OP isn't about Flynn. It's about an informant they had at the insurrection who fed them information about what the actual criminals were doing. That's called conducting an undercover operation, not "Does this not show a pattern of the FBI Committing Crimes they are investigating". But I understand that you may feel the need to twist things to support a narrative.

He knows. He's lying. He won't be arguing any points. First the hitting, then the running.

Sullivan belongs in prison.

And when it comes to Flynn, he pled guilty b/c they threatened his son.

Do you know why they went after Flynn?? Because he was a direct threat to the institutional corruption of our nations security and law enforcement agencies.

Everyone involved in that mess belongs in prison.

You leftists have heard of false flags, no??

Does the U.S. use false flags?? Have they??

Usually "false flags" are things that conspiracy theory lunatics believe. For example the claim that 9/11 was in inside job or Sandy Hook was a false flag.

Still not back to defend your idiotic thread, @jdog?

Kinda like dea guys pretend to be drug dealers. Or the FBI pretending to be kids to catch pedophiles. Or pretending to he terrorists to catch terrorists.

Entrapment is a fine old tradition in policing.

Wrong. They went after him for this:

"In prosecuting Flynn for lying to FBI agents, a felony, about his discussions with a top Russian diplomat prior to Trump being sworn in as the 45th U.S. president, Mueller not only secured a key witness but he also sent a message to other witnesses in the probe to cooperate fully – though several more Trump campaign aides later admitted to lying to the FBI anyway."

As for his son, he was Flynn's business partner, and leverage against others is often used to get someone to cooperate.

Now just what corruption was Flynn threatening? :ROFLMAO:

Watch from 3:42 on...

What they did to Flynn - they tried to do to KT McFarland.

You leftists are so gullible.

So a general 'they try to trap you'. Isn't that what interrogation is? Looking for lies, inconsistencies?

What corruption was Flynn threatening?

This guy's guest speaker didn't even have to come on his show. The host's narrative made it clear the FBI had informants embedded among the Proud Boys, 3%ers and Oath Keeps and they should have considering they'd long considered each to be right-wing white nationalist groups. Moreover, as long as the informants simply passed on accurate information as opposed to taking active measure to let the leaders of these groups know there was a mole within their midst and, thus, they'd stop whatever plans they had, I'm all for these plants being placed among these organizations. We've done with with organized crime to the CIA having eyes and ear abroad. So, it's nothing new.

We really need to stop acting as if police agencies - local, state or federal - don't embed informants among groups or organizations they're investigating. Playing up "the FBI's role" in the Capital riot purposely leads people to further doubt the FBI's credibility as the nation's federal domestic police agency and plays up the notion of the deep state. Y'all-Quada and their ReTrumplican tagalongs needs to quit.

There was no "interrogation", there was no case and nothing to interrogate.

That's what all the memos and emails proved. They were trying to simply create a flimsy purgery trap to head off Flynn from reorganizing the "security agencies" and try to further create more smoke for the bogus Russia hoax.

Once the facts were coming out that the Russia probe was a complete fraud, the DOJ moved to dismiss the case against Flynn, but the corrupt Federal Judge Emmet Sullivan refused to accept the prosecution request and instead tried to find a way to prosecute and sentence Flynn anyway - hence, my contention that Flynn at a minimum needs to be removed from the bench, and a better outcome would be prison under the Patriotic Act - the unconstitutional Patriot Act.

Seriously, you get your news from the NSM - which is why you have no clue what is going on.

Ever hear of the Carol Howe trial??

What do you know about Operation Gladio??

The FBI, NSA, DOJ, CIA, etc., are the fledgling equivalent of the state security apparatuses of the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, and East Germany.

You really should do some actual research instead of just believing everything the government tells you.

You think and act like an obedient serf.
