A woman made a 4 decades old allegation about an incident that may have taken place when both the complainant and alleged attacker were anywhere from 15-17 years old. Of course she cant be sure because she doesnt remember what day, month, or even YEAR the actual alleged attack is supposed to have happened. She alleges she had to get a ride to the venue because she couldnt walk there...but cant remember where there was or if she got a ride and who the ride was with. She changed her story numerous times about the alleged attack going from being nearly raped with a room full of laughing cheering boys to having her clothes pulled roughly and being jumped on by 1 boy while another watched. She listed numerous different people in attendance at the party before finally settling on 6 plus herself. None of the other people including the girl she said was there and who really really really wanted to believe her can ever remember such a gathering. NO ONE remembers being at a place where there were 2 girls and 5 boys and then halfway through the party 1 girl was gone and NO ONE noticed her being gone. She changed her accounting of the details of the home, the layout. She cant remember how she got home from this party that she couldnt have walked to....

but by golly...it happened!!! Honest!!!

And shockingly, all the other allegations proved to be equally false.

"Accused" This is par for the course. We can accuse anything, including that the FBI "Faking" the background check.

Doesnt mean its real...or substantiated......


lets apply some logic here.

1) FACT, FBI background check was in regards to a confirmation heart. NOT a crime. Meaning what was the FBI looking for when there was NO criminal complaints for over 20+ years. FBI does not CREATE a charge. The Follow a crime.
2) NOT a single accuser of Kavanaugh went to a police station to FILE official charges against Kavanaugh. WHY? Because of the political stunt, as if an official charge was filed, and found to be either FALSE or unsubstantiated, Kavanaugh could then file a suit for libel, slander/defamation. If they strongly felt their case was valid, they could have gone down to a police station and make an official charge. No statutes of limitation exist, the the criminal complaint would be legal to file.
3) FBI has HAD ZERO criminal referrals. SO even if they were to do a background check. WITH no official accusations issued by any Prosecutor, or police department. WHAT are they supposed to do or look for.


The whole Kavanaugh case was an emotional distraction.

FACT again. if Ford found her case credible, she had the full extent of the law to file a criminal complaint. A prosecutor and LEO would be tasked to investigate. SHE CAN STILL DO IT NOW. but she wont. WHY????

Many of repetitive, most of them are in regards to his confirmation hearing, to which they accuse him of lying under oath about questions asked by senators. In other words armchair quarterbacked Monday night accusations.


FFS... this is what we are going to do now? Go through a confirmation hearing, make 83 complaints about what a person said through their hearing... and then try to apply it as lying under oath. HEY so be it go for it. We have laws and courts. The courts tossed it..... and the Senate is now under Democrat control Go for it.... bring charges...see how far that goes.

You guys complain about Trump and his failed 60+ cases...which was really only 6 from his actual legal team. Yet..... You had, The Russia case.. with nothing, 2 impeachment trials and nothing, Kavanaugh and nothing... Considering how polarizing those case where and they are 0-4+......
