17 year-olds don't always make the smartest decisions
Another supporting statement for the Defense.
Yes, but again, you don't know the kid's actions either. If the kid was not aggresive, he might be alive as well.
All I'm saying is we don't know.

yes, there is NO doubt, that Zimmerman killed young Trayvon Martin. And its very sad, considering none of this had to happen.
"We don't know" would be at the core of his defense. To convict, all 12 jurors must know beyond any reasonable doubt AND to the exclusion of any other possibility.
Again, the police dispatcher (likely had Zimmerman's 50 plus call record in pulled up too) told Zimmerman not to handle the problem. The fact of the matter is that had Zimmerman not decided he was a one man vigilante, Martin would be alive and with his family now. Of course we have the actual recording of Martin speaking to his girlfriend as Zimmerman stalked him and he was afraid. End of the day, Zimmerman killed Martin. He will get to pay for that, at least in a civil suit, hopefully in a criminal one too.
Please cite case law that supports your claim. Likewise, the dispatchers at my police department are "actual" policemen and women. This entire incident lasted a matter of minutes. So since Martin was already on the phone with his GF and did not call the police, Zimmerman was free to murder him!The dispatch was not an actual police officer therefore not illegal to ignore.
And if Martin thought he was being stalked, he could have called the police. He didn't.
I already supplied a post with ALL the recordings in it, it was from PBS News. That you have not heard the recording, which every news source I know of has been playing since it was released, and which has been referenced and linked to by other posters in the thread, means you need to get on the Google and do some searching. Should not take long to find it. I'm too short on time now to do your work for you. Or you could just go through the thread and follow the links.Huh????
PLEASE LINK TO THE "ACTUAL RECORDING OF MARTIN SPEAKING TO HIS GIRLFRIEND." I haven't heard it. I just have read what she said he said. "She said he said" is NOT an recording of what he said.

I've got a feeling that both the police dispatch call and directive as well as the GF's call will be found quite relevant, despite what I am being told on the internet. Call it a hunch.
Point being, people are saying he is guilty without knowing everything and basing it only on the media.
all I'm saying is it is premature to saying guilty or not guilty at this point.

It sounds pretty clear to me. Yet we are being told constantly that there's no racial aspect to this shooting at all - mostly by people who claim nobody hates Obama because of the color of his skin.
There are some differences of opinions you and I obviously have. You think Zimmerman and the police were racially motivated.
You sure you replied to the correct post? The one I was answering you in, where I asked you to cite case law supporting your claim, was a different one.The dispatch said "You don't need to do that". That isn't an ORDER. An order is "DON'T DO THAT".

My bad, confused you with another poster. Out of time for today, but I've got a feeling that the what? "Suggestion" by the police dispatch will certainly have bearing upon Zimmerman's murder of Martin. You claimed the dispatch gave Zimmerman an order. They didn't.
As far as the claim, you'll have to show me where I am required by law to follow dispatch for a non-police officer.

hmmmm.....now I think he said "****ing punks".
even with the enhancement, its really not clear enough to say for sure.
It will most definitely have a bearing on it. However, it wasn't illegal for Zimmerman not to follow the suggestion of the dispatch.
