Fact check: Trump calls to prosecute Beyoncé based on a nonexistent $11 million payment

The subject of this thread is the Harris campaign’s purchase of celebrities not your obsession with Elon Musk.

Well, kinda...

See, the problem here is that on one hand, you have a party paying the expenses for a celebrity to come and perform at an event, which makes perfect sense, and by all accounts, was done perfectly legally.

On the other hand, you have a party that allowed a celebrity to spend millions of dollars on supporting candidates, and for those donations, was given a position in the government.

I'm pretty sure that you can tell the difference between these two things, because they are not the same, and one is significantly worse.

But it's all a lie. None of the celebs took any cash for themselves. Promotional fees were paid to PR outfits etc., which is totally legal. Every single comment Trump made regarding these celeb payments is a provable lie.

Instead of paying attention to his wife, Trump spent his weekend having a jealous tantrum. We all know he would have paid whatever, any law be damned, to get a celebrity of that caliber to attend one of his rallies.

I suspect she's perfectly fine with that.
:)

Does she even come to the White House anymore?

Trump says $11 million. Did he lie?
I don’t know. Oprah said $0 until everyone found out she was paid $1 million. Beyoncé claimed $0 but we know she was paid at least $165,000. Harris spent $1.5 billion in just 15 weeks. That money went somewhere. 🤷

Take it up with the FEC.

I don’t take demands.
You can't back even one of your wild ass statements. I guess Trump has made delusional rants great again.

It's more than just that they payments were "legal" - they were legally required.

If the Harris campaign hadn't paid the production expenses, that would have been illegal, as it would constitute an in-kind contribution.

The absolute ignorance all MAGA has regarding how campaign finance laws work, from Trump all the way down to posters here, will never get less entertaining to me.

The mad king slips further from reality. He's not suffering from dementia, he's always been this way.
He is deteriorating, but has always been pretty twisted. Now he is desperately trying to distract from his Epstein connection. Expect more barrages of verbal garbage to be hurled.
