F-35s For Drug Interdiction?

Jennifer Griffin is usually a good source from the War Department. Why do we need stealth fighters to interdict drug runners? The plane isn’t invisible and the trafficker don’t usually have radar. More boats getting blown up?

 
Fascinating.

We took out a drug boat. I'm not sure that droning the boat was necessary but if you don't stop when you're told to then...whatever. Maduro, apparently, is pissed off about the drug boat. That seems a bit weird because it's essentially an admission that he's facilitating drug trafficking. F-35s in Puerto Rico, under the circumstances, makes a little sense since, reportedly, some Venezuelan military aircraft buzzed one of our military craft today or yesterday. If Maduro REALLY wants to push whatever issue he think he has then that's on him and if he chooses to get a little froggy then the F-35s are ready to go.

If the boat had 200 pounds of fentanyl, the US still wouldn’t have the legal authority to destroy it and kill everyone on board. Why are you ok with murder?
