Exclusive: Trump-endorsed J.D. Vance takes commanding lead in new OH primary poll

The party is going off a cliff this November even though they will use January 6thb and abortion as their rallying cry.
They'll sure try with their rallying cries. But I think their rallying cries will be so overdone and off target from what the voters have on their minds, that those rallying cries will just amplify the whole current problem with the left - and hurt rather than help the left.
I think there is an increasing likelihood the party will go off a cliff in November. It will be a very interesting election to watch.
Hopefully, we won't have an election of unmonitored ballot boxes being stuffed full of ballots by groups of people whose mission is to stuff ballot boxes.

They don't have Twitter anymore and FB says they aren't giving them a half billion again to ri9g the voting. BLM is still out there to stuff ballot boxes and bring in fake ballots, though. They will use "voting rights" to play to the uneducated just as they call abortion a "right".

Obama is most

Obama is most definitely left-wing and before Biden, was the most divisive president in American history. The entire Democratic party is now left-wing. There are no more liberals. Read up on John Kennedy and other rea;l liberals of that day and time and get back to me.
By what metric to do conclude that Obama is left-wing? Obama adopted the Heritage Foundation's health care idea from the 1990s, not Medicare for all, that progressive were hoped. The Affordable Care Act, was more conservative than radical. It expanded health insurance into the existing private system. There were no Obama policies that can be described as "radical."

In fact, Richard Nixon was far more liberal, in terms of policy, that Obama. Nixon created the Environmental Protection Agency, that regulated pollution across the country and when faced with inflation, Nixon instituted wage and price controls that conservatives today would call socialism.

You are merely a puppet of the misinformation spreaders that falsely claim that BLM is stuffing ballot boxes and have fake ballots. There isn't a hint of that actually happening. Ironically, you call the left uneducated.

In 2018, Democrats won mainly because of the stark policy differences between the two major parties while the Republicans tried to scare voters with "THE CARAVANS!" Republicans voted to repeal the ACA. Fortunately, it failed by one vote. They also were on record saying they would cut Medicare and Social Security to reduce spending, just after they gave billionaires a tax-cut. Now, Republicans focus on hot-button social issues, like the non-existent CRT in public schools and the grievance that the 2020 election was stolen (it wasn't), instead of their indefensible policy positions.

Democrats still focus on policy. Upending Roe v Wade would disenfranchise millions of women. Imagine if Loving v Virginia was overturned, allowing every state to be free to choose whether to allow Black people and white people to marry. Some states would permit such marriages; others probably wouldn’t. The laws would be a mishmash, and interracial couples would suffer, legally consigned to second-class status depending on where they lived. That's what overturning Rose would do and it's smart for Democrats to emphasis it.

Republicans, if they took power, would also use that majority to undemocratically install a Republican as president, regardless of who won the 2024 election. They just wouldn't certify the election if a Democrat won. We could expect Republicans to hamstring the ACA, as they tried previously. They also wouldn't confirm any federal judges that Biden nominated. This is what you get with Republican rule.

The ACA was and is a very bad program. It mandated that we pay for contraceptives and all manner of things and raised premiums dramatically and CoPays and deductibles. To call that a "good program is outlandish. It is a LIE that people went without medical care. There are state and county hospitals. But, in typical leftwing fashion, they want those who don't pay a nickel to have the same as those who do. This is the way they are. Someone is rich? Take most of his money and give it those who are poor. Obama was and is a racist. He hates his whiteness and never mentions it. He calls someone who is a Nationalist a WHITE nationalist. All of his policies and thoughts were how to help black people with money and not to change the culture of hatred of white people by black people. No denouncement of BLM or the rioting and killings.

Do you know that the SC court is just going to say this isn't a federal issue and is giving it back to the states? What is the problem? Besides, if a woman can't afford birth control pills or a condom she has no business engaging in sex. Swalwell is an idiot. NO SC is going to declare black people can't marry white people. What a stupid canard.

How are they going to INSTALL a president if he gets fewer electoral votes?

You know, your attitude is what is wrong with America today. You use hysterical ridiculous arguments that divide America and you learn this from MSM and the DNC, idiots like Swalwell, Waters, Pelosi, and Pochtantas who is angry every second of her life.

I believe I already answered this in post 204. What's the problem with the SC kicking this back to the states? as I wrote, imagine if Loving v Virginia was overturned, allowing every state to be free to choose whether to allow Black people and white people to marry. Some states would permit such marriages; others probably wouldn’t. It's an unthinkable scenario in 2022 because in 1967 the Supreme Court unanimously ruled that barring interracial marriage, as 16 states still did, violates the 14th Amendment’s guarantee of equal protection. “Under our Constitution, the freedom to marry, or not marry, a person of another race resides with the individual, and cannot be infringed by the state,” the court stated in Loving v. Virginia.

Likewise, the decision to terminate a pregnancy is an individual right, not one that can be infringed upon by a state.

Q: How are they going to INSTALL a president if he gets fewer electoral votes?
A: Because a Republican House will decide not to seat electors from those states that the Republican lost, and if there is no majority in the EC, the House decides, each state having one vote.

As for "hysterical ridiculous arguments," that's what the right-wing said about the liberal fear that a conservative majority Supreme Court would overturn Roe. 'Oh, you are just being hysterical and ridiculous. Trump's appointees would never overturn Roe,' they said.

On the contrary, ACA, that gave 30 million Americans health insurance is a great program and a popular one. While you couch the ACA requiring insurance companies to provide contraceptives as a bad thing, it's a good thing that the insurance companies prefer to provide. It's cheaper than maternity care.

It's not a lie that people didn't go without health insurance because, "[t]here are state and county hospitals." That's preposterous. First, it's cheaper for society to treat patients preventatively via regular physician visits than to wait until the illness is so severe it requires hospitalization. Second, those hospitals aren't free. They expect to get paid for the treatments and will sue and garnish your salary to get paid. But the idea that your solution is better than allowing people the avenue to obtain health insurance and get normal doctor care is breathtakingly barbaric, cold-hearted and stupid.

The rest of your rant about Obama is merely a canard that I won't give the dignity to address.

As does the lefts
Only because the stench of the Trump presidency lingers, such as three ultra-right wing SCOTUS appointees, fouling our lives to this very day.

You are unaware that premiums, copays, and deductibles have skyrocketed and they can only collect them from responsible citizens?

Are you really suggesting the the SC overturning Roe is hypothetical? It was in Alito's draft document. They sure are poised at doing just that and when they do, they will be removing a personal right of individuals and handing it to the states -- just as if they overturned Loving v VA and gave the right to tell the races that they can't intermarry unless their state says that they can.

Roe V Wade should have never been instituted. It is sanctioned murder. the states are sovereign and that is where it should have been left. Women can always move if they don't like the law and want to kill a baby at 8 months.
