This country is filled with so many jackasses that voted this in. The stupidity of the country also includes our of touch weak politicians we elected into the last presidency that waited entirely too long to go after these people, the politicians enabling and helping Trump, and stop this shit in its tracks.

Then they willingly handed it over to these scumbag fascists after they said they’d do all this and had a playbook.
 
Apparently the military will not comply with enforcing the Insurrection Act in this LA civil disturbance. This would be why Trump says he's not going to invoke the Act. This is despite Trump's vile rhetoric that it's a "rebellion" and so on and so on which is just Trump stoking hot air for his political base of fellow fascists.

Trump's silencer baby nipple is that he federalized elements of the CA NG that being federalized must conform to Posse Comitatus which as we know means no civilian law enforcement functions. Same for the 700 Marine Infantry battalion from the 1st Marine Division who being federal know well they are subject to the Act.

What Noem is floating is for the NG and the Marines to arrest and detain anyone who looks or sounds like an immigrant. In other words to act as if Posse Comitatus did not apply and in fact without the Insurrection Act in effect. Trump-Miller are working maliciously to try to get what they want without making a false declaration that Posse Comitatus does not apply while conceding ever so painfully the Insurrection Act isn't needed. This explains the large number of troops Trump has ordered to LA which is now 4000 ANG and 700 active duty Marines -- to do roundups of immigrants to haul off and away which would require yet more troops for transportation purposes.

What Trump-Miller-Noem are trying to do is illegal on the face of it. The military command over these LA troop deployments which is US Northern Command in Colorado will reject this outright and order the NG and Marines not to comply with this obvious attempt at an end run by Trump-Miller who anyway are always out of bounds.

I hate to say this but the 2nd Amendment exists for a reason, and we may be fast approaching a point in time where Americans need to rely on it for its original, intended purpose. It may become the only thing preventing Donald from disappearing any perceived enemies.

You're partly right, but Newsom is the real enemy. He doesn't govern, so someone (maybe Californians) need to step in and do it for him to bring back order. Stop voting for the leftwing idiot, and any other similar politician like Kamala.
