So yes, the retaliation package is ready to go. Don't worry though, probably won't happen. Come August 1st, the deadline will magically move to October, and then to December, as the Taco fiesta continues.

So, when the EU is hit with 30% tariffs on Aug. 1, and when the EU enacts their 30% retaliatory tariffs...and then Trump raises the EU tariffs to 60%...do you REALLY think Trump will blink first?

There won't be a 30% tariff hike on August 1st, as the deadline will move again, because that's how this goes.

The EU has offered the US a deal that will allow both the US and the EU to lower tariffs on goods, some even to 0. The US doesn't seem very interested in the deal.
