The Erasmus Programme 2010/2011

So if you look at the chart there, it says how many from that country took ERASMUS scholarships to other countries and how many came into that country.
Countries I identified that have visibily more people coming in than going out are:
Sweden
UK
Ireland
Iceland
Portugal
Cyprus
Finland

Countries that have visibly more going out than coming are
Germany
Italy
Romania
Poland
a lot others

Countries like Spain and Belgium break even :)
