They show no such thing. The DOJ scheduled a status hearing on a case, which was publicly-available information. Anyone could have gotten it, easily and legally, by looking at the DOJ's hearing schedule, which is available to the press and public at large.

The desperation to construct criminal acts out of thin air is the real conspiracy here.
