It's gonna be tough to find out what exactly they're doing. Trump has put them under the Presidential Records Act, for some reason.
 
Since Trump is supposedly under IRS audit (still), maybe Musk and his racists can see how much Trump has scammed the system.
 
What DOGE are doing are not audits. They are just implementing some predetermined plan to reduce govt headcount. An audit implies that they would be actually studying the operations of govt departments, and making fully informed decisions about how to improve things. All DOGE are currently doing is creating media highlights to get the maga trained seals clapping.
 

They are scraping data. It’s why they have coders, not forensic accountants.
 
I'm sure the dumb**** will start posting on X how they found blah blah blah waste and fraud without any support, as per usual.

Why does anyone believe Musk has any particular expertise at auditing or efficiency? Trump put him there because Donnie is easily impressed by large donations and that Musk caught a rocket.
 
I gather they will be working with actual accountants now.
 
Why not give Musk control of the people he pays taxes to?

You can rest assured that they will stay away from looking into Trump Corp., and the MAGA oligarch's.

That's because DOGE isn't allowed to do anything at all. Elon&Friends have no power to act. All they do is use read-only access to make recommendations to the Secretary of State. That's it.
