El Salvador Staged Detail in Photo of Dem Senator and Abrego Garcia (1 Viewer)

Sen. Van Hollen pointed out that if you drink a portion of a cocktail, with a salted rim, there’s is a gap in that line of salt or whatever the glass is rimmed with.

Looking closely, there is a solid circumference around both glasses.
The photo op was obviously staged. Glaringly and badly so.

of course it was a photo op

liberals cried he was dead and beaten badly ... oooooooooooooooops guess that wasn't true
Any chance you could grace us with a higher quality deflection or is "but liberals!" the only tool in your toolbox?

he wasn't dead
he wasn't beaten badly

both alledged by Democrats

good news is, he's in his home country where he's a citizen, where all his maternal/paternal family is

Incorrect. He's in a country he fled, and erroneously deported by this country's government.

So of course they coordinated with Fox propaganda network to push the same lies coming out of the administration...
I'm surprised FOX hasn't claimed that Sen Van Hollen doctored the pic, or have they?

It is, but he fled it 15 years ago. More importantly though, he was sent there in error.

I think most important is

he came here illegally
he lived here illegally until caught with gang members/drugs
he beat his wife
he's suspected of human trafficking

we don't need people like that, send them back to their home countries

Except that's not at play here, and despite all of those things, he is entitled due process. We don't decide who gets due process just because we think they have a questionable character. If he is someone who has committed crimes or poses a threat to people here, then he is entitled the right to face his accusers and the opportunity to make his case. Being suspected of things doesn't mean a person is guilty, lest we forget: "innocent until proven guilty" and he has been found guilty of nothing to this point.

If he deserves to be deported, fine, only after he's been accorded the due process all persons in America is entitled to. Read the constitution it affords, "any person" due process. It doesn't differentiate between how they arrived, or what they've done. Especially not on the word of a nativist dictator wannabe who's a well documented liar. Cons alway use a literal interpretation of the Constitution, unless it involves human rights.

That is the important thing...

(I always make the same point after ElChupacabra does. When I read an ignorant post I jump right in without looking, sorry about that)

I don't want to hear this BS, "get him home". The United States is not his home. It's a country that he entered unlawfully, and has ruled he can be deported from.

Scotus said to get him to the us
Feel free to tell scotus they are wrong lol

Home is his country of origin. He is not an American citizen.
Why is that his home? why not with his family?
When I go home it is to my family not where I was born

So Van Hollen went therre to get the guy out of stir and then, at his first opportunity, deprived the poor, oppressed, totally innocent guy a drink! Van Hollen is a monster!!!

Sarcasm fail

He is a citizen of that country. He is not a legal citizen of the Untied States of America.

I go home to where I live with my family, not where I left the womb
You seem to think home is a synonym for country of origin lol

That has nothing to do with this discussion. He is not an American citizen. He is a citizen of El Salvador.
