Eisenhower couldn't have been more right

Oh Bush would never do that. He'll just wait a few years and negotiate with the UAE which did recognize the Taliban as the rightful rulers of Afghanistan. This way his hands stay a little cleaner.

Then he'll claim that any negotiation or talks with the UAE are classified for purposes of national security and his press secretary will say he won't go into it. Then Alberto will tell the Judiciary comittee that it's classified and he can't talk about it.
