Are anglos entitled to separatist territories (countries), particularly those which have existed as such, indisputably throughout history?Wow, just wow! Thats crazy! Makes me wonder what where they think and what were they smoking? Well, Amsterdam is located there...
The three judges said that they had weighed Mr Wilders's "one-sided generalisations" against his right to free speech, and ruled that he had gone beyond the normal leeway granted to politicians.
"The Amsterdam appeals court has ordered the prosecution of member of parliament Geert Wilders for inciting hatred and discrimination, based on comments by him in various media on Muslims and their beliefs," the court said in a statement.
"The court also considers appropriate criminal prosecution for insulting Muslim worshippers because of comparisons between Islam and Nazism made by Wilders," it added

In this forum there is also free speech, but when you start insulting people or flaming (calling them "nazis") you get infraction points. There are limits to freedom of speech.
There is no such thing as freedom of speech on a privately-owned message board. There is only the speech allowed by the owner(s) of the board, and it is not protected or guaranteed in any way.
And do you think the law should protect people who use hate speech?
What do you think about the law that forbids people to deny the Holocaust?
I think that is between the government that passes such a law, and the people it affects. Speech is speech, and there's always someone willing to state that any given example of speech is "hate" speech. I think decrying something as "hate speech" is just one more way for people to try to squelch the free speech of those with which they disagree. The only rational remedy to free speech with which you disagree, is to utilize freedom of speech yourself.
Sometimes it is impossible: the Holocaust deniers are not rational and it's useless to debate with them: there are tons of proofs about the holocaust and it is an historical fact. It's the same for people who call Muslims "nazi"

It amuses me when people say firm believers in free speech and support hate speech laws. I am glad the US has not caved to eurotrash hate speech laws.
Naw you just cave into anti-communist laws,
not allowing US citizens to support boycotts of nations that the US government does not support,
I find it hard to believe a US court would block such a movie. This is the same country that allowed Birth of Nation(A democrat propaganda film made to glorify and give rebirth the KKK) to be film and shown in theaters.the ban of the movie The Profit by a court because Scientology asked it too,
daily censorship of US TV... yea the US is so perfect when it comes to free speech.
Are those laws still in effect? When was the last time someone in the USA been fined and or arrest for violating anti-communist laws?
How can the government not allow you to boycott something?
The antiboycott laws were adopted to encourage, and in specified cases, require U.S. firms to refuse to participate in foreign boycotts that the United States does not sanction. They have the effect of preventing U.S. firms from being used to implement foreign policies of other nations which run counter to U.S. policy.

At least here in the us we can express our opinion about any particular group and not face being arrested over what someone said about another group and over here a preacher can talk about how homosexuality is a sin and not be arrested on idiotic hate speech charges.

never claimed that you could not. As I stated, the injunction was lifted after some time, and the injunction was never "world wide", so they could release it outside the US. But no matter how much spin you put on it, the Judge censored the film for some time because Scientology did not like the content.
And no matter how you spin it, this injunction was ultimately overruled.... This demonstrates that as a rule of law, free speech is upheld in America; even if lower court judge failed to understand the legal concept.
