Now for awhile I have thought that this so called drug war is a losing proposition. All it has accomplish is giving a good portion of our young citizenry a criminal record a forfeitures of personal property and wealth. Not only does this apply to the drug wars but also minor offenses that one may commit while driving, riding a vehicle of some sort or just doing ones daily duties. I believe that this country has way to many laws, so many that just about everyone in this country violates a law in one form or another every day, including those who are charge with enforcing the law. I'll post the video of the law enforcement in TN., but this isn't the only state that uses it law enforcement to pirate our interstates.

And of course there's the fact that the original federal asset forfeiture laws were actually revised by Congress due to rampant abuse.

IIRC, they were modified to require an arrest to be made and charges to be filed. Obviously Tenn's laws do not.
