Draft date/time: Monday, September 2, 2024 7:30 PM ET
Keeper designation deadline: Saturday, August 31, 2024

There are changes to keepers this year!

1 – Each team can keep 1 player from last year's roster.
2 – You will forfeit your draft pick in this year's draft based on where they were drafted last year, minus 3 rounds. You cannot keep someone you drafted in the first 3 rounds the prior year.
2A – It matters where the player was drafted last year, not that you were the one who drafted him. In other words, if Team A drafted Player X in the 7th round and that player was dropped and picked up by another team or that player was traded to another team, the team that had the player on their roster at the end of the season last year is the one who can choose to keep that player and they would give up their 4th round pick in this year's draft in order to do so in this example.
2C – Players that were undrafted last year may be kept if they were on your roster at the end of the 2023 season. In order to keep them, you would forfeit the round that they are projected to be drafted in this year's draft based on Yahoo's ADP for the 2024 season.
3 – The deadline to assign your keepers is Saturday, August 31, 2024.
4 – You don't have to keep any players from your 2023 end-of-season roster if you don't want to. If you choose to not keep anyone, you won't have to forfeit any draft picks.

Other notes:

1 – We are a “keeper” league (see draft rules above)
2 – We are ½ point PPR league. The player catching the forward pass will get .5 points for each reception – this is in addition to whatever points they receive for yardage. An interception does not count as this is counted as an interception and not a reception.
3 – The playoffs will consist of the top 4 finishers in the league based on record (tie breaker is overall points scored)
4 – Draft order will be determined by reverse order of how each team finished last year.

Correct - and you can only keep 1 player this year versus 2 last year.

I think these new rules were enacted to keep me from keeping St Brown and Hall and only giving up a 1st and a 3rd, for two players going in the middle of the first. ;)

Nah...it was to keep me from keeping McCaffrey and Mahomes. ;-)

When I took over my team 2 years ago, the guy who managed it the year before drafted Mahomes in the first round. No lie. To say that roster was a major reclamation is not an understatement.

I could see that...but having the top running back and top QB before the draft started and only having to give up my first round pick for that was a nice foundation...especially since my first round pick was 11th.
 
Is there a place we can go to find our rosters at the end of last season?

Pretty sure I'm keeping Puka Nacua.
 
Commish...Am I seeing that right? Did Nacua not get drafted last year? And that being the case...does that mean I can have a keeper + Nacua?

No. You can only keep 1 player from last year.
 
I think i did that right...which was basically to set 'no keepers'.

Start from scratch.

OK, we're all set. Two teams selected more than one keeper - this was fixed as you only get to keep one. Good luck everyone and see you at the draft.
