Re: Donald Trump protesters block traffic in Arizona

It tells you all you need to know, the intention is to harm others.

Re: Donald Trump protesters block traffic in Arizona

Well, as I've stated in other threads, every incident attributed to Trump has been orchestrated by the opposition.

Here we see an example of people willing to violate the rights of others in order to enforce their own ideologies...something they keep trying to tar the Trump campaign with.

We don't like Trump soooo let's violate freedom of expression, movement, association, etc. because: "Freedom!" :doh

This is why I believe when it comes to election time Trump is going to do a lot better than his opposition expects. Most people don't appreciate this kind of "Our rights to express ourselves trump your rights every day of the week" attitude.

Nothing wrong with non-violent civil disobedience to draw attention to issues.

Lot's of things wrong with blocking vehicle traffic and btw, the more easily agitated members of our society could have run these people over. It would have been more productive for a "honk if you hate Trump" which at least would have disrupted his speech. These protesters aren't too bright.

They're trying to draw attention to Trump? Does Donald really need help in that department?

Well, I believe this is just the tip of the iceberg. After all....this Trump creep is not exactly who we want to see become president.

That's because half the country have less than half a mind about most things; and are easily convinced by pundits and media hype to believe whatever they hear.

Spout enough anti-anything propaganda and these drones will jump on the bandwagon.

Fortunately, most of these same people don't vote. :shrug:

Re: Donald Trump protesters block traffic in Arizona

We hate Trump, so we're going to act like a pack of idiots and block traffic!

Yeah, people who hate Trump should not act like Trump followers...

Re: Donald Trump protesters block traffic in Arizona

No...they just stop traffic.

You just explained Trump perfectly.

Brighter than Trump supporters, who violently attack non-Trump supporters for no reason at all.

Or...they punch out people who disrupt their rally;

Or...they drive over campaign signs and put a video up on the internet;

Or...they cause a riot in the streets and blame the other party...

And?

Either by design or default the protests have accomplished one thing advantageous to the Trump camp; everyone has stopped talking about what he's saying or will do. **** me, but I could campaign even Sarah Palin into office if no one paid attention to what she way saying! This is the best of all worlds for a candidate. Trumpies should be grateful.

Trump followers blocked traffic? Where?

The intention is to get attention. Based on this thread I guess it worked at least a little.

Yeah, next time you want to go hear someone speak or perform, and others stop you, or you are on your way to work or a date, and protesters stop you, you probably get out of the car and thank them. Great.
Protesters need to get their asses off the road. Signs along the way are fine. Standing in people's way is not.
What's next, blocking peoples way to the voting booth? Hey, they might just prevent you from getting there as well.
Don't like Trump, don't vote for him. Problem solved.

Hey, at least they weren't pointing guns at federal officers like the Bundies...

Civil disobedience to support ones right is one thing. Civil disobedience in order to try and stop someone from being elected is the height of stupidity... particularly when that civil disobedience ends up blocking traffic in which an ambulance or firetruck might need to get through. Kinda hard to move a car right away when you're parked in the middle of the road with other cars in front and behind and to the side of ya and no one is in their car or more than likely even close to it. Sure, i'm sure they'd move in case of such a thing happened....maybe...I've seen some that won't.... but anyways to move those vehicles would take precious time in which someone could die in.

I don't mind people protesting Trump. But do it RESPONSIBLY. This kinda crap just makes me want to vote for Trump.
