Sorry bout that,

1. From listening to what J.FKerry has been saying, I'm of the mind, he thinks he won the election in 2004.
2. Does anyone else see this?
3.Don't bring in rancor, just the facts.
4. Just to hear his demands about what we should be doing on the world stage, is so out of line.

Sorry bout that,

1. Yesterday on the the news I was listening to him say,"We need to get out of Iraq now, I'm not putting up with these lies any longer" paraphrasing*
2. To my thinking this is a man who is claiming to have the power to do just that.

So James, its a lie that we need to get out of Iraq? And just for specifics, what "power" did he claim to have?

More importantly, what does this have to do with Kerry thinking he won? He himself called up Bush and admitted defeat. If he thought he won, like Gore did, he woulda put up more of a fight.

That isnt to say he may or may not think the election was "stolen" from him.

How in the world does him saying we need to get out of Iraq mean he thinks he won the election? I can't even begin to imagine the logic chain for that one.

Sorry bout that,

1. When anyone makes a statement, in the manner that Kerry used, Saying with an authoritative tone," We need to get out of Iraq NOW! and furthermore, (like with my invested power), (I am going to do something about it and now*), I am NOT! putting up with these lies any longer!
2. This inflection as thou he is about to do something about it, says to me that he actually thinks he can.
3. No.
4. He's not the President, he lost in 2004, and again, if he runs in 2008.
5. He is just making political waves, some feel these waves are traitorous.
6. I do.
7. Hope this helps you Kelzie

Man, no it doesn't help. Politicians shout orders around all the time. It doesn't mean they think they won an election they lost.

Im going to say this once. If you think dissent is treason I would slap you in the face if I ever saw you waving the American flag.

You can say that again.

***Dissent is treason when in doing so you aid and abet the enemy. So, I'm standing in line just waiting for the latest Cindy Sheehan/Jane Fonda type to slap me in the face. Don't let my red white and blues blind you.

not drawing any inference to the current Iraq situation. Just a general comment.

But what is ironic is that the people who cry "treason" the most are very likely guilty of "treason" themselves. Personally, I think it is just as much treason, if not more, to blindly support and pledge allegiance to a regime leading a country to a state of moral decay.

2. J. F. K erry thinks he won the election.
3. Just listening to him anyone can hear it if they listen.
4. I hear it loud and clear. My opinion.
5. He thinks this will help him get elected in 2008. My opinion.
6. He is all show and no go.
7. Swift Boat Men will take him down again. Sorry bout that.
8. He can Run,in 2008 but he can not hide from his past.
9. What's great is he think's no one will notice.
10. He gets a pass everytime he says something real stupid in the Liberal Media.
11. But most people can listen for themselves.
12. And he tries so hard to be John F. Kennedy, and he thinks he will one day get to be The JFK, sitting in the same office of his hero, making decisions to go to war or not go to war.
13. He's not Presidential Material. And will never be.
14. Thank God he lost in 2004, we hope he gets the nomination in 08.

For once we agree on something KCC.

However, back to your previous post.....I base the argument on the fact that there are two sides to the "treason" debate.

One side sees it as "Treason", anybody who speaks out against the war in Iraq. If you say anything against the president's war, you are not "supporting the troops" and are therefore committing "Treason"

The other side sees it as "Treason" anybody who continues to support this President even though the rationale for the war has been changed repeatedly, the administration lies about never equating 9/11 with Iraq despite the fact that they have broadcast such remarks repeatedly, the administration continues to lie to the American public and the administration shows little support for our troops and prefers to treat them like pawns in a chess game.
This side sees those who "support the troops" as being the ones saying bring our soldiers home, stop the madness, stop the bloodbath.

Those in the first group throw the word "treason" around much more than those in the second group. While it is not difficult to guess which side I side with, my point is that those who call "Treason" the loudest are the ones who most likely are responsible for the continuing death of our soldiers who are giving their lives honorably for a dishonorable cause.
