You have no evidence to support your conclusion.

Sure have and it's conclusive. Now, if you continue this and show that you have chosen door #4, I will show you the door from this thread. My suggestion to you is to continue to discuss mirrors with Tucker. Another "1%" comment, something that has been proven false, and you will be thread banned. Consider that an official warning.

You haven't shown that or provided links. So if you do ban me, it will be obvious to all but the blindly pro-gay that I have won this debate.

Southern Man, it's your turn to put up something more than assumptions. As an engineer, you should know that empirical data trumps assumptions. Assumptions make ships sink, bridges fail, and space telescopes need corrective lenses.

Since CaptainCourtesy is unable to be online for a couple days due to personal reasons, we have discussed this issue and we both agree that while your 1% claim remains patently false and unsupported, there will be no thread ban issued for making false statements.

there will be no thread ban issued for making false statements.

Whew!!!

I was getting worried there for a minute.

I object to adopted kids having mirrors.

I only object to gay parents adopting kids who have gay mirrors that were given to them by straight foster parents.

You just gave me a headache.

Quick! Go find your wife and tell her you don't want to have sex right now, you have a headache. I do that every time I have a headache.

It's SO empowering!

I actually did that the last time she was in the mood.

When she tells me "No, I have a headache." I tell her, "Don't lie, you have a ***** ache."

I've never turned my wife down. I could literally be in excruciating pain, it just isn't gonna stop me.

I didn't always do that. It doesn't happen often. But it is empowering. I think I'm getting old.

We'll keep in the family, hey Tuck?

If the rights and welfare of the children are paramount, then NO, the homosexuals must not be allowed to adopt...not in the real world with too many in-tolerant and hateful people..
And I see nothing "gay" about the "sexual confused". A man who will never know the love from a woman is to be pitied, but tolerated...
In real life, will this vote mean anything ??
A very small majority may agree with me.

It depends where they are gonna be adopted.sometimes liberals have to realise even if they are right about something they cant just force it on society as its often counter productive.

Update:

Florida's gay-adoption ban unconstitutional, court rules
Gov. Charlie Crist says state will stop enforcing gay-adoption ban immediately

September 22, 2010|By Jeff Kunerth, Orlando Sentinel

Florida's 3rd District Court of Appeal in Miami ruled Wednesday that the state's 33-year-old ban on gay adoption is unconstitutional, unleashing cheers from the gay community and condemnations from conservatives.
...

Judge Gerald Cope, who wrote the opinion, said there was no evidence to show that gays were less effective than heterosexual parents.

...
Florida will immediately stop enforcing its ban on adoptions by gay people, Gov. Charlie Crist said Wednesday.

...
Gill said Wednesday that the ruling was the end of a grueling 13 months of waiting to see whether his children would be his forever or be taken away from him instantly. But he said the same sense of uncertainty has hung over anybody in Florida who is gay and a parent.

"Anyone who is gay or lesbian in this state has been under the cloud of the adoption ban even if they didn't adopt in this state. After today, they will be one more step toward feeling comfortable about being parents in the state of Florida," he said. "I think it's a huge victory."

Ah, some good news!

Now, should a heterosexual couple be able to adopt a Gay or Lesbian child? Assuming a teenager here.

Gays are much more likely to be pedophiles. You must hate children.

Not true. But I'm sure you will post some distorted statistic to argue your point. To which someone who knows more about statistics than you will try to educate you on the matter. But you will stand firm on your opinion even though it isn't backed up by any evidence.

So get with it. Let's see which Paul Cameron statistic you use.
