Do people have any beliefs anymore-Stick with your community please

Seems like everyone is trying to sell things to the world and appeals to every crazy on the planet. Nobody has beliefs anymore. No religion. No values. Just mindless numb pleasure, waiting for the next high. Times are getting worse, drugs, alchohol, prostitututes(especially with Coivd and Monkeypox) will dry out. Oil prices will rise. Water will get scarce. America doesn't seem to be able to get its head of its a**. Actually believe the values of nation, and if you can't...believe your in community. Many people hate America and what it did in the past, stick with and support your community, and make your actions transactional and in alliance with the government.
 
He's correct. Morals and ethics have tanked in this country. Just common courtesy is rare.

Darn rights they have

Why we have religious leaders fawning over a serial cheater, who has had multiple divorces a baby daddy to 3 different women. Who was accused of raping that teen girl, knew of and supported men who did rape and prostitute teen girls.


Back in my day such a man would shamed rather than put on a pedestal as a great man and leader.

When was the last time America had good morals and ethics? Was it when the Founders were keeping black people as slaves? Was it in the 50’s when interracial marriage was called communism and black men were lynched for talking to white women?

Was it during the 80’s when the Right laughed at gays dying of AIDS?

I think every city today needs to see themselves as the center of growth. Not NY, not LA, not Seattle. etc unless you live there. Don't look up to them, don't be jealous of them, don't hate them. Ask yourself this, how do I make my community an attraction for the whole nation and the world. Start from there.

Where else can you go? Europe? Russia? China? You are in the US for a reason.
Again stick with your community, if you hate the politicians, just make your actions transactional with the government. If you hate X celeberity stop watching him/her.

When was the US “moral and ethical” exactly? Give me a decade.

I’m in the US because I was born here and can’t afford to emigrate. If I could, I’d move to New Zealand.

I'd definitely get out if I could.

I also think all older Americans should get to a Covid responsible country so their life is not cut short.
