I hope that the Ukrainians take with a grain of salt anything that the Russians say.

They may want to lure the Ukrainians into thinking that the war is winding down and that the Russians will be reasonable.

Then the Russians can come roaring back and do terrible things. (Hope President Z. does not go to Moscow and eat or drink anything offered by his "hosts.")

The Russian leadership, led by that war criminal, have no decency and should never be trusted.

Muscovites didn't lie about pulling back from Kyiv. The Ukrainian Army just needed to help them a bit.(y)​
