We had instances where we called in Physicians who inserted suppositories that were so powerful no matter how hard they tried they couldnt keep from passing what was inside within minutes.
 
Police have said that, while the man has had bowel movements since his arrest, X-rays show that the diamond has not moved.

If he could never rid himself of the stolen object, he has to endure the ordeal in the special cell with his bowel movements under permanent surveillance for the rest of his life.
