This NFL season there has been a resurgence of expressions of gratitude and attribution of all credit to god. With prayers going out to Damar Hamlin and the 2 open and unabashed Christian quarterbacks playing tonight. Nice rendition of Johnny Cash's Ragged Ole Flag, Tim Tebow in a commercial.

Refreshing.

Yep.... Many, many people owe Tim Tebow an apology

God has other irons in the fire than worrying about a football game….

Is god an Eagles or Chiefs fan?

Obviously god is a chief's fan since he controls everything, he knew the chiefs would win.

How do you know sports is not among those "irons in the fire?"

Oh, go jump up and down with Hare Krishna about it.

The best part of this thread it was started by donald trump face.

I think it is indisputable that God hates Philadelphia. First, it was the Phillies losing the World Series. Now the Eagles lose the Super Bowl. The Eagles never came out of the locker room after halftime.
Their defense was weaker in the 2nd half.

How many QB sacks? How many tackles for loss? How many forced punts? How many interceptions? Weaker? Ya think?

Mahomes won the MVP. He will likely win an Oscar for his performance right before halftime. Had the Eagles believing he was seriously injured, limping off the field, sitting on the bench grimacing in pain. Then walks casually through the tunnel without so much as an itch. Eagles let down their guard, believing he couldn't scramble in the second half. Then he proceeded to clean their clock.

Absolutely.

Like I said, the Eagles defense weakened. A shame too, considering they had a strong start.

Why would anybody presume to limit how many "irons the fire" our Creator can handle? ;)

Mahomes is tough. He was not faking it. I am not a Chiefs fan at all but I give him credit for that.

Jehovah does not pick sides...

“Now I truly understand that God is not partial, but in every nation the man who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him." Acts 10:34,35

Yes, it does. The good vs. the evil. Still not sure what side it is really on.
