He doesn't want the federal government telling him what to do but he wants to tell his local school districts what to do and if they don't follow his orders he may withhold their salaries. School districts and parents are beginning to sue in Florida and Texas. In Texas, school districts are implementing mask mandates against the Governors orders. I am going to make a prediction here. The moronic governors will lose these battles either publicly or in court.

Parents in FL are keeping their kids home. I imagine it's also happening in Texas. No governor has the right to put any child at risk for Covid because of their political ambitions.
