Department of Education Eliminates Grant for PBS Children’s Shows (1 Viewer)

Except the question you responded "Yes" to asked if we need it, not if we should keep doing it.
Like if you asked if you need to keep brushing your teeth every morning.

I would say yes you should keep doing it.

Which doesn't mean brushing your teeth is a necessity.

You are grasping at straws and have lost sight of the point.

...but you didn't. There is no qualification of "you should" next to your "yes" in that post I showed you.

Holy cow you are grasping at straws.

Did you lose sight of the point?

Elmo is looking for work.

I don't think that I ever vote for a Republican again on the federal level. The last time I voted for a Republican on the federal level was back in 2020. That will likely be the last time for me.
My last vote for an R was for Olympia Snowe. So it has been an minute. (2006)

God forbid the children are "punished" by going outside and getting some exercise instead of sitting in front of the TV! Whatever will they do when they grow up without the infinitely useful habit of sitting in front of the TV?!
Stupid. This type of thing is not binary, most kids can walk and chew gum at the same time.

God forbid - I got plenty of exercise and still found time to watch Sesame Street and Electric Company.
I loved Electric Company, it had an edgier feel.

Did democrats at every level not try to warn the country about Project 2025? Trump's agenda is almost word for word what's in that document.

The only thing surprising is the speed in which he's implementing it all.
What is starker, is that now that is is clear that is what they were going to do all along, no one in Trumpnation is conceding that they were lied to.
Please sir, can I have s'more?

There's infinite free shit to watch on YouTube and the like. Do we need to funnel government money into children's shows?
Did you do your own research for this rhetorical slathering of absolute uncut bullshit?
Was it a variety of youtube clips selected by your algorithm to placate your bias?

No, I just spent a bunch of posts explaining your own declared standard to you. Sounds like you changed your standard, which is fine I suppose. I wasn't expecting consistency or honesty from your argument. But even then, you still failed to substantiate that this program fits even your new standard of: "it is good. Truly American. And costs the taxpayers pennies." So what exactly do you want me to do? Come up with evidence for your claims?

Is that all the reason liberals need for spending government money?

Oh who am I kidding? Like they need a reason...

I havent changed any standard whatsoever.

Which part of that are you skeptical of?

The billionaires that will be "employing" these children soon as slave labor will decide what theses kids know and don't know!
