By the way, Mnuchin can also waive the recipient using the money for stock buy backs if he chooses making the provision that the money not be used for stock buy backs useless.

Republicans should just advertise the item in the House bill and the amendments Democrats want made to the Republican bill. Money for Green New deal is ridiculous.
