All the speeches democrats have given at the democrat convention were hate speeches. All they did was heap their hate on the president.
They spent almost no time on what the democrats would do for the country, and almost no time on why Biden would be a good president. In fact it has been pointed out virtually none of the speakers spent more than a couple of minutes on why Biden would be good for the country.
Bottom line, democrats just spewed their hatred.
Hate has absolutely nothing to do with it. "Hate" is the pathetic excuse used by Trump's followers because of their inability to defend Trump.
It is nothing short of incredible that an American President would speak this way, but with Trump we have come to expect the implausibly absurd.
Participants at the DNC were relentless in their attacks on Trump.
What does Trump say by way of rebuttal? “Where Joe Biden sees
American darkness, I see American greatness. They spent four straight days attacking
America as racist and a horrible country that must be redeemed,” Trump told a conservative group in a crowded ballroom in Arlington, Va. “Joe Biden grimly declared a season of
American darkness, and yet look at what we’ve accomplished.”
Trump has to be his own speechwriter. No competent Republican speechwriter would have the President make these statements. They are immature, naive, extremely narcissistic, and totally mindless.
Trump regarded criticism of him as criticism of America! The audacity and lack of professionalism is what we have come to expect from him.
And Trump's base loves these characteristics in him. It is why we cannot allow these people to chose our President again.
Trump asked us to look at what he has accomplished. Let's do that.
Yesterday the U.K. counted six dead from the coronavirus, Germany, eight dead; South Korea, one dead; Spain, zero; France, 12 dead; Germany, ten dead; Italy, six dead; and Canada, 5 dead.
Yesterday 1,090 Americans lost their lives to the coronavirus. The U.S. has been averaging over a thousand deaths per day for over three weeks.
"They are dying. That's true. It is what it is," Trump said.
Because of his false optimism and habitual fantasies, because of his inability to react for two months when the virus threatened, because he refuses to accept bad news, Trump has run the greatest economy in the world's history into the ground. The US economy shrank by an annualized 32.9 percent in the second quarter of 2020. It is the biggest contraction ever, pushing the economy into a recession as the coronavirus pandemic forced many businesses including restaurants, cafes, stores and factories to close. Thirty million Americans are unemployed, and the National Debt is exploding as the federal government tries in vain to help the American people challenged by both a pandemic and unemployment.
Put a different way, if Putin had managed to install an FSB (successor to the KGB) agent in the White House, that agent could not do nearly as well as Trump (from Putin's point of view).
Trump has caused serious destruction to our country, and it will take years to undo the damage he has done.
It is what it is.
