As a public message, I would like to share the NRA's website so you can make a donation. These will be difficult times for them in light of this tragedy, and I think we can all agree they're the real victims here.

When people at that concert heard the gun firing I can sort of see why they temporarily and irrationally felt a twinge of fear. When I watched that video and heard the bullets flying, I heard freedom.

It sounds like he bought all his guns legally, and then personally modified at least one of them to make it full-auto.

Preventable accidents. If no one had a car, and everyone was forced to use Mass transit, the number of deaths would be greatly lowered. But there isn't political gain for that, so deaths continue...

converting a weapon to full auto is a serious federal felony that can result in 10 years in federal prison but of course, the consequences of a conviction was irrelevant to this killer
