The "Democrats" feel superior because they don't deny science and don't enthusiastically embrace conspiracy theories like Qanon as something that is real.
Instead they embrace the "fine people" hoax, the Jan6th hoax, the Project 2025 hoax, and the Hitler/Fascism hoax.
They don't spend eight years believing that a President has no birth certificate.
No but they do spend that long believing there's a tape of him being peed on and the entire Steele dossier.
They can look at child obesity rates in America and refrain from rushing to promote more pizza.
Actually they are the ones promoting the pizza and many empty and non-satiating foods because they believe that low-fat means you will not get fat. School lunches are full of carbs, empty calories and avoid meat and protein.
They can look at a foreign policy issue and ask for more evidence without launching head first into "finding WMD in Iraq." And they can look at Trump's plot to steal the 2020 election and call it actual election fraud.
Biden is literally trying to start WWIII this week. Also Democrats in Congress endorsed the Bush actions with Biden, Clinton and Kerry all voting for it. Democrats are the war party. They can look at 2020 and call it whatever they want but they conveniently forgot the preserve their committee records and the world has woken up from their lies.
I find it very telling, and highly ironic, that right-wingers default to the false idea that it is a sheet of paper that make Democrats feel superior to this crap. The fact that you don't feel superior to the crap that the Republican Party has been peddling for two decades now should be a personal eye opener.
What high horse have you climbed onto and doubled down on after losing this last election cycle so badly? Please keep on keeping on because it will make 2026 and 2028 a cakewalk.
I just read that you studied engineering in the 1980s. And now you embrace a Party that went from supporting the Global Warming issue in the 1980s, to outright denying its existence in the 1990s, to arguing now that its not man-made. Weird to think on how Democrats and Republicans once joined together to combat the man-made hole in the Ozone Layer in the 1980s. So...is this a sign of a lack of education or just partisan treachery to create differences on false platforms? By the way, this is the same attitude that had right-wingers shoving health officials and medical professionals to the side during a global pandemic.
Maybe people have just gotten tired of the climate change racket and also noticed that the efforts to combat it are giant cess-pools of money with no accountability, lots of fraud and few results.
I'd do a quick search about how Hawaii and California are treating owners of home solar as an example of how people are getting a clue about all of this. Also realize that "do whatever I say or else you don't endorse this cause and you get no agency and no input". Just has stopped working.
In California for example we had a governor candidate promoting modern nuclear power plants along with desalination plants to end draught, promote clean energy for cars, and lower our power rates all in a more carbon neutral manner. The Democrat solution is always... scarcity. Just use less power, take shorter showers, suffer more or perhaps don't have kids, die or move away.
It isn't that people have given up on some of these concepts. They've just given up on listening to the Democrat Party and their failures as a choice for how to solve them.
BTW, you are welcome to point to the blue shining city on the hill with clean energy, modern infrastructure, wonderful services and people clamoring to move in and live there. People are fleeing blue governance in every way they can.
