Democratic Sen. Alex Padilla is forcefully removed from Noem’s news conference and handcuffed

What crock of shit.

He is clearly aggressive, and he looks maniacal... or irate. Angry and physically resisting the entire time, at the very least.

;

Oh shit... you are debating yourself again...

.
You didn't explain how that happened last time yet. This time is just as stupid.

@Bodi

Where did your arguments go? Can't debate a drunk uncertain person?

The new Captain Americ movie is out... chill out, watch it with just one beer and have a good night.

.

lol

Or Hispanic, right?

Why do you condone a man intimidating a woman? More of this from you? Where does this hatred of women stem from? Have another beer, it will help.

I haven't watched a Marvel movie since Captain America.

Prove the teapot orbiting Jupiter doesn't exist.

You are the one making the claim... now back it up and stop crying in the corner. LOL

No, your claim was he charged, right? Or did something illegal that warranted being touched by law enforcement besides speaking.

Please show your proof that he didn't charge her...

....

Yes. Perfect sense. You asked me to prove a negative... well done.
There is no God because nobody can prove God exists and nobody can prove a negative claim.
I don't have to make an argument of a negative. I don't have to prove something is not an obstruction.
... do you have a point are you going to ask me to prove a negative like you asked Fletch?

Weird how quickly you demand others prove negatives.

😃

Please show your proof that he didn't charge her...
I didn't say I had proof. It may be an important question, but we don't have evidence. And I haven't posted that he lunged or ran or charged.

If I don't have evidence, should we conclude that he indeed charged/ran/lunged? If I don't have evidence for it, should we post that he lunged/ran/charged?

I saw the network TV coverage about 30 minutes after it happened. I saw coverage on either CNN or ABC and there was an interview of one of journalists in the room. She used the words "stepped forward" and that he was no closer at any time than 15ft. In coverage after that on a different channel there were 2 other journalists who were eyewitnesses in the room and they had detailed descriptions of the incident, but they didn't include or mention him moving in any direction before he was detained. They simply didn't say Anything about it.

That evening he was on MSNBC and he claimed that he didn't lunge at her. I'm not aware that any journalists in the room has claimed that he lied by saying that, or that they witnessed him doing anything more than "stepped forward" .

Why hasn't any journalist in the room said he charged , lunged or ran.

What on Earth are you babbling about?

Why didn't she simply invite him in, offer him a chair and say she'd be happy to answer his question?

If they can muscle him to the ground, certainly they should have been able to guide him to a chair.
What I don't agree with is how Padilla handled this, because a press conference isn't where a Senator shows up to question and administration official, especially when interrupting them. I don't think anyone's going to argue that's a norm, because it isn't. He meant to disrupt, and what is more questionable is the way he was handled.

Yup.

Senator.

Government agent surrounded by security in a secure building.

GMAFB

Soooo... nothing. Got it.

I said that we don't know, so saying the we know he is innocent and she is bad... is stupid uneducated blather.

Prove that I only demanded that others prove a negative....

,

Now prove you didn't ask people to prove a negative.

😉

Are you saying that he did not exist until security removed him?

Are you saying that he did not exist until security removed him?

It is alright that you were committing a logical fallacy and asking people to prove negatives, Bodi.

Just learn to debate better.

I haven't weighted in on this whole kerfuffle but my take is that an idiot decided to behave like an idiot during another idiot's idiocy, causing the latter idiot to score one Idiot Point over the former idiot, but the way it was handled caused the former idiot to score one Idiot Point over the latter idiot.

In conclusion, they're both idiots.
