What I suggested is that "due process" for illegal aliens should be different than it is for legal residents of the country, if it exists at all for illegal aliens.

You apparently think "due process" is something that is written in stone by Hammurabi, is a single set of rules, unchangeable and eternal. It isn't. It's whatever the legislature says it is in any given country and for any given class of event. It's a legal procedure, plain and simple, that the Constitution requires to be followed by the government in order for life, liberty or property to be taken from someone.
