Democrats are seeing warning signs after a new poll showed Hillary Clinton losing three swing states and deep in negative territory on questions of character.

One Democratic strategist who spoke on condition of anonymity described the poll results as “the canary in the coal mine.”

Its not looking good for the crooked and corrupt democrat. :2wave:

Couldn't happen to a nicer person.

I still think Bernie Sanders came along with this more conclusive and outspoken liberal lean and ideals, and put those that would have polled for Hillary Clinton into a conundrum between supporting a potential first female President and supporting a true liberal. There is evidence to back this up. Bernie Sanders is polling better against GOP hopefuls in key swing states, and his overall polling numbers are on the incline with Hillary sliding.

It has always appeared to me that Hillary Clinton's ambitions to be President were banked on two things. Her political prowess by her history of working with the powerful, and being a woman. Looks like Bernie Sanders is going to force Hillary Clinton to have to campaign on issues, and it is starting to show what that means.

Sources... (not that I agree with *everything* in them, but liberals are polling in a manner that Hillary has to be concerned about.)

Bernie is a far better choice for liberals, Clinton is damaged goods.

She's already lost once, shes running a worse campaign this time around, and her baggage isn't going anywhere.

She's a crook. She's a criminal. Electing her would be like re-electing Richard Nixon. And then we get Lyndon Johnson in drag, too. She's more corrupt than Johnson and she swears more than Nixon. It's a sad day for the Democratic party when this is their poster child.

I still think the Republicans fear Hillary Clinton more than the Dem's do.

But I do enjoy the spin!

Of course she's a crook, what does it say about our society that some leftists will still vote for her? She was asked about sending secret email through her private server today, and even then she could not deny it. And it was announced that a criminal investigation was taking place-and a few hours later it was no longer being investigated that way.

Even when she tries to defend herself all she does is look more and more slimy. Its easy to see why this is happening...

It's even easier to see that you conservatives fear that she will beat anyone currently on your clown train!

Why would you think that? Trump is killing her on the polls.

If I were advising the Hillary Clinton campaign...one of the things I would suggest would be huge donations to the Trump for President campaign.

I know he doesn't need the money...but if I were Clinton...I'd want to give him as much help as possible.

In fact, I would not be surprised if I found out that many Clinton supporters are answering poll question favorably to him...to help her!

You may have a point, I think the Trump appeal right now, this early on, is based on the entertainment value, I don't really see him as a viable candidate, but seriously Hillary is a disaster for Democrats, it's a dead horse. The sooner that witch drops off the better off the Democrats will be.

I'm not in love with her, Blax...and I can see that conservative America probably feels about her the way I felt about Dubya. That's understandable.

I am not a liberal (I'm not even a Dem, I'm a registered Independent), but I certainly like her better than anyone the Republicans are offering.

She may get knocked off the ticket...I have no doubt that can happen. But I also doubt it will be by someone like Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren. Those two are for the Democrats what Donald Trump is for the Republicans.

This is why I think something like operation chaos would work so well. It would force Hillary and (probably) sanders to slog it out. Help the losing candidate to keep it going.

To be honest I have not seen a single candidate yet that I really like. It's going to be yet another election where we find the least objectionable candidate, hold our noses and pull the damn lever. I can think of nothing better than the "None of the above" option.

What's sad about it? As lousy as Clinton is, she's exponentially more likeable and trustworthy than a sideshow like Trump.

Seriously? Dont get me wrong I'm not in favor of the idea of President Trump, but given the choice of the two and no option to vote for a third party candidate I know has no chance of winning, I'd vote for Trump. Hillary is dispicable.

How many play fairs for handicapped children has trump broken up to give a speech like Hillary?

Trump may not win, but I think I'd prefer him to that treacherous harpy with the large ankles.

So is Trump.

Kobie, give it time. What you will find is those numbers will end up negative soon enough.
Hillary is such a flawed candidate, Im surprised the dems didn't see this little bottle neck sooner.

Hillary may not win the presidency, but she'll never lose to a clown like Trump.

So is Trump.

Not going to try to argue that, but the one thing Trump has over Hillary is he would at least try to force a change where Hillary is a status que guarantee.

You are right, she wont win. But you need to account for the fact that if she loses the primary (which is well within the realm of possibilities), Sanders-the far left socialist likely wont do any better. And if Biden decides to run, same deal.

It was myopic of the dems to not culture a competitive group of contenders-Im not saying that to be partisan-it really was a bad idea.
