The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton and if its recommendation isn't followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency's investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.

The FBI doesn't get to make that decision - Loretta Lynch does. Do you really think that the Obama Administration is going to send Hillary to prison?

I just don't see it happening.

Any indictment is going to have to come from Lynch and there is just no way in hell that the Democrats are going to allow that. Hell, I can't imagine the Republicans doing it if it was one of theirs.

If there was enough "there" there to actually get an indictment you'd see Hillary "get sick and have to abandon her campaign". There's just no way that anybody in either the Democrat or GOP establishment has the integrity to press criminal charges against one of their own.

Correct, they don't and I doubt Lynch will do anything. But hopefully, if done in time, will derail Hillary's campaign for President.

I just don't see it happening.
