Delaware Supreme Court: No-Excuse Mail-In Voting, Same-Day Registration Are Unconstitutional

WHy does it have to be massive? 44,000 votes in three swing states and Trump would have been re-elected.
Oh so you think these voter fraud folk know exactly how many votes they need in exactly which State prior to the counts? They really are super geniuses! To have a margin of 44K votes in three swing States they would have to plan for hundreds of thousands of votes over at least 5 States. The electoral college is the deal not the popular vote!

Considering the only confirmed voter fraud has been single digits, 44,000 would be massive.
The point is organized massive voter fraud just does not happen.
There is much more room and likelihood of abuse happening within the electoral college than in individual votes.

In the days before mail-in ballots, yes. Era of bail-in ballots? - 12,000 votes is a piece of cake.

Turnout isn't an issue. What CTCL did and where it did it is an issue. Those Counties that got the most CTCL attention would be the Counties with the most Democrat ballots to, for example, "cure" and learn to match sigs using CTCL guidance ... you called that "Logistical needs (cute).
So ballots that would otherwise have been rejected were not. Do that and other things in key States in the right Counties with the right cooperation and what you get is a victory where only 20,000 - 30,000 votes are necessary.
Logistical needs means paid staff, supplies, voting machines etc.

Elections were still managed by the local election boards not CTCL. If you have actual evidence present it. Otherwise this is just another failed conspiracy theory.

You go with that if it makes you feel better.

Lets cut to the chase. Republican led States have beeb at the same time, in the same moment cutting down on the number of in person voting stations and curtailing mail in voting. So that sort of rips the cloaking device off of this notion that they are just after more secure elections. BUILLSHIT.

They are trying to limit access to the polls not to migrants but to American citizens.

The Republican Party does not even hide the fact that there view of it is that the more citizens that vote, the less likely it is that they can win elections.

SO CUT THE BULLSHIT.

Make Election Day a holiday for one. Why is that so hard to accommodate?
That's great. Make election day a holiday and go back to in-person voting only. I agree.

I already posted this in a reply to you. It addresses your misconception. You should have read it the first time.

Thinking no one would notice their missing ballots is like thinking no one would notice their missing SS checks.

Why? They send out the ballots unsolicited. I'd bet half the people that get them are actually surprised - "Oh yeah, there's a vote in two months."

...and those fraud voting experts know exactly which people receiving those ballots are expecting one vs not ...as I said they are bloody geniuses!

Pop and I dropped off our ballots yesterday. Lines for same day voter registration and in-person voting were pretty deep. (y)

There’s no legitimate reason to require in-person voting, only.

“Concern” for potential voter fraud is a right wing red herring.

Factually, voter fraud is exceptionally rare.

And your fraudulent ballots are where?

Oh and don't forget the number of forgers.

You know for all those ballots that someone is going from neighborhood to neighborhood collecting from mail boxes with no way to have any evidence. You know like people not reporting any missing ballots and apartments with video surveillance or people with things like Ring Doorbells videoing the criminal taking the items from mail boxes.

With all that they were able to forge all the different signatures perfectly.

The DEMs are criminal masterminds with a huge organization that permeates all levels of the voting infrastructure and law enforcement. Hell even the courts.

WW
I heard that the Jewish Space Lasers are enabled with Jedi technology that uses Soros thoughts to forge signatures that are undetectable by elections officials.

I’d bet you’re wrong, and not by a little bit.

Also, what’s wrong with the eligible person described in your post being reminded of an upcoming vote?

They keep the "concern" smouldering by regularly fanning it. They need it as an excuse when they lose.

Even though the lie of concern for voter fraud has been thoroughly debunked numerous times, the right continues to push it.

Truly pathetic and disgraceful.

So, like he said, postcards, not voter registration forms.
I'm not sure why you are replying to me with info I was already quite clear about in my initial post about the situation.

First, to swing elections, you need a lot more than "person A". You need literally hundreds if not thousands (if not tens of thousands) of people in a criminal conspiracy. And that would just be in one city, nevermind an entire State. Never seen once stealing a ballot, never caught, not one leak, and all the ballots got by verification, and not one person "robbed" of their vote requested another ballot or found out their vote was stolen. It's obviously absurd from the start.

That's why nobody has ever done it. Do you think Trump Nation was the first group of geniuses to think about ballot fraud? Many States have had mostly mail balloting for decades.
As far as swinging elections, it's entirely dependent on the how close the candidate counts were to one another. Some elections are landslides, some separated by very few votes and everything in between.
That's up to you to decide if you think election fraud exists or not. Personally, I see no reason to have open doors which make fraud available and, in some cases, even easy. I very much want elections everyone has very good reason to trust and as few reasons as possible to doubt. To me, saying an election has integrity because you liked the outcome and saying prove the fraud - when election processes are in place where it would be next to impossible to determine the fraud or the crime, is backwards. Start with election processes full of double checks and solid chains of custody - elections where you won't have half the population feeling l there was likely fraud to some or a high degree, but the processes were so open and lenient it's nearly impossible to prove.
Why does the left so vehemently insist on wide open and lenient processes? There is one very glaring possibility as to why that might be.

Those 30,000 people were not able to register.

I agree with the concern about maintaining voter rolls.
I think CO will need to carefully ascertain that none of these people were able to register. There is nothing in the source indicating to me they've done that - beyond this short "trust us" variety sentence:

"Griswold’s office said it was unaware that anyone who received the postcards in error had tried to register."

I did. It doesn't say what you say it does.
