Then its all on topic. Glad we cleared that up.![]()
Ah so nice to hear that no one party does not own the high ground.

 I don't know what their intent is. I do know that Hillary Clinton broke major federal laws, that she apparently broke them more than a thousand times, and that she belongs in prison more than she belongs in the White House.
The amusing aspect of this is that the same leftwingers who are now showing such sympathy for Carson were just several weeks ago treating him as the devil of hades, when he appeared to be the front runner. Now that Cruz is leading, they now want to knock him down.
Yup
Conservatives are sure quiet on Cruz's stunt, I guess they don't mind there candidates lying directly into a camera, but Cruz is a lawyer, I would not expect anything else from the ambulance chaser.
He says one thing, but does another.

I don't know why you say "Conservatives are sure quiet on Cruz's stunt." If you're talking about this thread, they've participated on every page. If you're talking about conservatives in general, then you need to read beyond Mother Jones if you want to know what conservatives are saying.
Begin with National Review and MRC (Media Research Center). Check out the blogs too--Red State, Powerline, and Conservative Treehouse.

Mrs. Clinton and Senator Cruz are crossed off my list of potentials before March 1. At this this rate I will have to write in a candidate. There all so useless, and only care about ideology and there political careers. Term limits across the board for all elected public officials.
Giving Cruz a free pass ? I hope you do the same for the candidates on the other side.
I for one will not vote for the guy in 2018.
 I long ago decided to be an ideologue (someone who defends ideas) rather than a partisan (someone who defends a political "side"). Rubio is my preferred candidate in this primary, but that doesn't mean I'm willing to sacrifice my integrity for him.
I'm not voting for any of them in 2018. I do tend to procrastinate sometimes, but that's ridiculous.
Good.
We need fewer partisans rooting for their chosen team without regard to the issues.
As for Rubio, one thing that concerns me about him is his call for a "new American century." That has echoes of the past, it seems to me. What do you make of it?
I like it - I think that the American people respond more to aspiration than they do to depression. One of my critiques of the Democrats is the way that they've been in charge for the last 7 years, and yet, according to their campaigns, everything sucks.
Keep it coming lol Minus the sarcasm, it detracts from your argument.

Hey, as long as he votes for the most conservative person in the race in 2016, I care less what he does in 2018![]()
Are you sure you like it? If he means a time of prosperity for America, that's one thing, but the New American Century was a call for the US to impose a pax americana on the rest of the world by force of arms.
If Rubio really means that he wants the US to step up its world cop activities, then I'm not in favor of making him the CIC, are you?
I vote in Texas, his seat is open in 2018. Understand?
Ah. Now it does make sense.
As long as he's running, I think Cruz is safe in Texas.

His staff or a supporter made that retweet, not Cruz.
Won't matter how you vote.

<------ Soft Imperialist. The world without a strong America doesn't look like Western Europe; Western Europe is a product of a Strong America. It looks like Syria, or Ukraine.
Absolutely. Our allies want (need) a strong, forward-leaning American defense posture. Ask the Philippines or Taiwan what they think about the 7th Fleet being a credible threat to the Peoples' Republic of China, or the South Koreans what they think of having the US in charge of the UN force there. The UAE and Saudi Arabia have announced they are ready to put their troops to work against ISIL.... if the US will lead. When Russia invaded the Ukraine, the Ukraine turned to..... America (and got MRE's). When members of the Green Movement in Iran were being dragged into vans by the Basij, they chanted demands for support from the US (and our President lectured them and treated them as the moral equivalent of the regime abusing them).
Why wont it matter?
Would rather not vote for Cruzy
He smells like Texas Oil
TX is a red state. Chances of a Leftist Senator are nil.
I sure hope so. I am so turned off by the leftist party that I cannot see myself ever again voting for a democrat. I've come to realize they are mean spirited, divisive demagogues - all you have to do is read this DP forum and you generally see who is a little more civil.
