Schröder's parliament leader also said Bush was like the dictator, Julius Ceasar and his minister of justice said Bush's policies were more like Adolf Hitlers. They should know, right? As a German chancellor once said, Putin is a thoroughbred democrat. That man knows how to play legitimacy against the odds of reality.

Prove that it's legal. Simple. Right?
If I could read Ukrainian, it would be. You made the assertion, back it up.
