Crazy North Korean news: Yellow dust from China spread malicious viruses

So in North Korea the news has been claiming the yearly dust storms originating in China and Mongolia brings the Covids.

Experts of course says it's bollocks. Could this be cover up for an outbreak? Seems like something you'd say if you know there's Covid and you can't hide it much longer, so you make something up to explain it.
