Court Orders Jan. 6 Defense Lawyer Disbarred

You are very idealistic and imagine a world where everyone should just get along. It doesn't work that way. People want to associate with those of like mind AND color. Now, whether you approve of that, like that, or agree with that, it is the truth and human nature. Do you think that BLM associates with white people or conservatives or should? If they did, they wouldn't be BLACK lives matter. Do you think that Asians should live and associate with their own kind in cities like New York, parts of LA, and Orange County, or should "blend in"?
Of course, you will always get the outliers. That is NOT the norm. A progressive will look for the best PROGRESSIVE attorney and so on. Criticizing a group because they happened to hire a crooked attorney because he was conservative means you are criticizing human nature. Birds of a color flock together.

This is interesting.

The court found that he:

Tuesday said the court found that he violated “professional rules that govern safekeeping property; meritorious claims and contentions; candor toward the tribunal; fairness to opposing party and counsel; unauthorized practice of law, multijurisdictional practice of law; bar admission and disciplinary matters … and misconduct.” The decision was effective on April 1.

He will appeal.

An interesting question arises that that is "Is a lawyer who is under State Bar Association disbarment process because of their filing of frivolous and vexatious lawsuits, their lack of candor in court, their lack of fairness in court, and several other matters mentally competent to practice law when they voluntarily remove the matter from the hands of the State Bar Association and place it in the hands of the same courts in which they were filing the frivolous and vexatious lawsuits, failing to provide the requisite minimum amount of candor before the court, and acting unfairly?".

Personally I'd be strongly tempted to say "No." (but, then again, I'm not a lawyer seeking employment with Mr. Trump or his supporters).
