Could employers begin asking for Facebook passwords on applications?

I've canned more people for wasting company time posting on facebook on their i-phones and their work computer than I have for having reduced effectiveness due to drug use.

Besides, drugs taken at home have no sudden effects at work. If that's the argument, the booze should be illegal, too.

Yes, a company can ask for anything they want. And an employee can always say "SCREW YOU."
