As I've expressed, I'm less than enthused with that bill, and my position is that US federal spending should go back to pre-COVID levels.

Well given that the quarter prior had a massive decrease and that the growth in that quarter basically was to make up for the decline it is not as impressive

Just record breaking, possibly. Certainly few single quarters make up the entirety of a drop the quarter before, but context is indeed important.

Blast furnaces are old tech but they’re far from obsolete. They’re still used for extracting iron form ore to create virgin steel, while arc furnaces are primarily used for recycling scrap.
