Cops doing more protecting and serving

Some people don't get it. You can make a remark that has racial undertones that does not specifically state an ethnic demographic. The brain is complex enough to interpret certain words and phrases without those words and phrases directly addressing something.

When they say things indirectly like that it allows them an out. They get the satisfaction of saying it, they know you understand what they were implying but they don't have to take responsibility for something that was implied. They can say you just took it that way or whatever... it's a ***** move.

Yeah a flaw that I have. Usually when I read garbage I tend to skim through it so yeah I am definitely at fault for missing that.

You really need to get a library card...

Who cares about Zimmerman I was doing what most on the internet do (sidebar) and making an observation about the usage of a racial slur that nobody here mentioned.

I tend to think (actually not tend I know I do) it was a bait tactic on your part. That word unfortunately was popularized by this case. I notice some Caucasians use that word either for satirical or trying to reference what Trayvon said.

You know? I didn't follow the case so... cracker is a racist word against whites, that's all. I am white so I said cracker... you can assume away and come up with as many zany conclusions as you like though.

Depends... sometimes it is a smart move. Just depends on what is going on.

LoL yup

I love how defensive and childish he gets, as opposed to simply making his case. lol, at least he didn't start talking about his dick size again and how he would "smash us" on the street.

He makes his case, you just never listen and resort to personal insults. Talk about childish.

You didn't follow the case but you thought Zimmerman was sidebar"justly" not convicted? Oh wait I must have a reading problem again.

You got something to say, then ****ing say it. Don't hide behind your badge with all your puffed up self righteousness and don't accuse someone of then harass them for buying drugs just because they are black and therefore must be an unemployed degenerate only in the neighborhood to buy. Give me a break.

I heard some of the main points when the case finished and concluded they made the right decision... that isn't "following" the case. Sounds like you have bigger problems than comprehension issues.

You did not reference this case specifically... you just made a blanket comment that making veiled comments are a ***** move. They aren't always. I think that you need to calm down.

I am obviously referring the slurs based on their personal prejudice which had no place in this confrontation. If you think that passive aggressively iinsulting and demeaning a suspect in hopes of provoking them is a smart move you will have to explain that one to me.

Why would I jump to a blanket statement that addresses situations outside the one in this thread? That makes no sense. Insulting me because you didn't get it ... is BTW also a ***** move.

Not to mention I don't even see how you can say I didn't reference this instance ...take another look and I'll come down when you take your foot out of your mouth.

I don't and I am not sure why you think that I do... and it wasn't obvious.

 You are in a frothing frenzy for some reason...

He made an open comment not specifically about this case, as far as it reads it is about people (plural) making comments. You then followed it up with another open/blanket comment about people's motives. I commented on that.

And where the hell did I insult you? WTF?

You are clearly insulting me, for some bizarre reason though...

Emails can be deceptive. I am not sure why you think that but I can assure you I'm not.

Whatever the caused the miscommunication here doesn't really matter and I'm pretty tired of the adolescent finger pointing games that go on in this forum. The bottom line is I was referring to the behavior of these cops in this video. It can be expanded to the outside world and still makes sense...to me. But I was directing my comment here to the behavior of these cops.

So why don't you give me an example where, other then this incident, being passive aggressive is the right call.

You didn't say passive aggressive. You said saying things indirectly:

They get the satisfaction of saying it, they know you understand what they were implying but they don't have to take responsibility for something that was implied. They can say you just took it that way or whatever... it's a ***** move.

I said that doing that at times is a smart move. Passive aggression is indirect but it is about hostility... I am not referring to that. I am referring to getting a message across that if said directly can get you into trouble. You still get to make the point and everyone knows it but it can't be used against you.

You didn't say passive aggressive. You said saying things indirectly:

That is passive aggressive. What is the difference??

Intent. I just explained it. Read it again.

Okay, I read it again. Passive aggressive behavior is, at the heart of it, about avoiding taking responsibility for what you are saying or what you really want it is not limited to overtly aggressive intentions.

Yeah. I know that in Court preoceedings like I was in, saying what you wanted to say was stupid and could get used against you (me) and did in some pieces of evidence. I have had to deal with cops, lawyers and judges and it is a game that is played. Nobody says what they want unless they are trying to get out of something or trying to nail somebody for something. I have to do the same with my ex-wife. I can't tell her what I really think for many reasons but I want her new partner to know what I am thinking so I say it indirectly. Sometimes it is smarter than sticking your foot in your mouth. ;)

Not surprising considering you don't see it anywhere ..... ever.

Again, you present these theories and claims that are not falsifiable, due to the perception that the only basis anyone would disagree with you is due to racism. Not only does it show a gross misunderstanding of logic, but it does nothing but cheapen the accusation.

I suggest thinking about your intention here and if such will be achieved through your current actions

I heard some of the main points when the case finished and concluded they made the right decision... that isn't "following" the case. Sounds like you have bigger problems than comprehension issues.

So you've heard some of the "main points" yet you thought Zimmerman was justly not convicted. Ok. Since that is believable I meant to tell you I have a bridge in New York I want to sell to you.

He makes his case, you just never listen and resort to personal insults. Talk about childish.

I actually addressed his case by pointing out it made no sense. This is when he got insulting. I am just commenting on that behavior

You have an ex-wife? Damn, I wonder why...

I hear you but those situations seems different. One is a matter of not saying what you are actually thinking in any form because letting it out will cause you to lose the game. Which is different then saying it anyway, but saying it indirectly. None of my business buy what is the benefit of your x's new partner knowing what your thinking but your x not knowing? So you guys can buddy up about her crazy?
