Colorado Gay Club Shooter Identifies As "Non-Binary" With They/Them Pronouns

It has been a two day media blitz after Anderson Aldrich allegedly walked into Club Q in Colorado Springs and opened fire, killing five and injuring 19 others. Without any detailed information, leftist journalists and activists immediately accused "MAGA" Republicans of inspiring the killings and cited pro-gun advocates and people opposed to drag queen performances for children as the culprits.

Club Q had been scheduled to host an "All Ages" Drag Brunch on Sunday, leading some to suggest that the suspect was seeking to disrupt the event.

As it turns out, however, Aldrich is a part of the LGBT community and identifies as "Non-Binary" according to court documents filed by his lawyers.


The court has been asked to use Aldrich's preferred pronouns, They/Them.



The media is now scrambling to adjust their narratives, completely blindsided by the development and made to look utterly foolish. Some pundits are arguing that the suspect's gender identity is "fake" and that he is attempting to avoid hate crime charges. This makes little sense - If convicted of five murders, Aldrich would spend the rest of his life in prison regardless of the murders being labeled a hate crime. Faking a gender identity does nothing to help him.

Plenty of details have emerged, showing that this young man had a HORRIFIC life prior to this incident and has been the subject of bullying, etc. for years.

His entire family and society FAILED HIM.

And eventually, he brandished a weapon and murdered people.

The only reason you bring up his gender identity and preferred pronouns is to try to detract from those things.

And detract from the fact that HIS GRANDFATHER - an elected official - DID NOTHING TO STOP/HELP THIS YOUNG MAN.

Right-wingers with "hateful" rhetoric about gay people and transgender people are being singled out for blame.

Well, shouldn't left-wingers also bear some of the blame by inciting mentally frail people by advocating crazy ideas such as letting little children decide whether they want operations to change their gender?

And do they have to anger a lot of insecure people by their demanding that people say and write things such as:

"My best friend is Robert and Roberta. On Mondays, I visit them when they are Robert. On Tuesdays, I visit them when they are Roberta. They are a really nice person. I love them very much."

Wow, what a sad read that was. I hate to feel bad for a kid who turned to mass shooting to take it all out but dang he was ****ed from the beginning.

I disagree. The original idea going around was this was another possible anti-gay, right-wing thing. Perhaps even MAGA-motivated.

Pointing out that this was more an "in community" issue (which to be honest I suspected from the start) is apropos.

That is an unreasonable deflection. People are responsible for their own actions. Trying to blame "society," or "family," or any other source for his actions is simply seeking to excuse them as "not my fault, society is to blame!"
