Equating the lies from the people on that list with the volume and breadth of Trump's lies is like pretending that rolling a Stop sign is the same as going 90 in a school zone.

See, this is the thing. Why do Trump supporters overidentify with him? As if when somebody hurts Trump's feelings, their own feelings get hurt and they scramble to do anything they can to get people to stop? In the above case, the mockery and minimization thing.

Monarchy? I thought it was an oligarchy? Now President Trump is a king? Wasn't Trump Hitler last week. I thought he took his marching orders from Putin? I wasn't gaslighting. I was openly gloating. So where is it said that it's a big deal?
 
Consequential does not mean good.

Also, there is little reason to "keep an open mind" about Trump. He has shown precisely who he is for all of his public life. He makes no secret of hating much of the American public who do not adore him. Keeping an open mind about him is being a fool.

He seems to forget Trump is a convicted felon and should be nowhere near power. It all says some very unsavory things about the American people who used to be well regarded in the world.
