I heard today that cartwright school district is considering closing some schools due to declining enrollment, supposedly due to the many illegal immigrants heading home to Mexico. The economy and new AZ laws making it harder for illegals to get jobs is the impetus behind the mass migration...
Anybody else hear things along this line in your state?

I looked it up

Cartwright Elementary Schools

Seems to be:

ROPOSED SCHOOL CLOSURES FOR 2009-10

Byron A. Barry Elementary School

Cartwright Early Childhood Center

i don't know how much this will effect the school district. Seems to be able to handle a "Free Kindergarten" program.

When Oklahoma enacted it's HB 1804 aka the tax payer protection act, the local media scum did their "boo hoo we need illegals" stories too. They talked about declining enrollment school enrollment, they talked about how some of the businesses that depended on illegals as customers started loosing revenue and how companies couldn't find trained/skilled workers for their factories or how construction companies had a hard time finding skilled/trained construction workers. I do not shed a tear for scum who use and hire illegals. If your business is failing because you can not hire legal workers then good that business shouldn't exist in the first place.

I find it funny how the media can say they are unbiased when they ignore stories of the harm that illegals do and the harm of not adequately securing our border can do, but somehow they can do sob stories on the harm to scum who depend on and hire illegals.

sounds good to me, smaller classes for Citizens! Only thing good about this down turn is they are leaving!
