Clinton Email Manufactured Scandal?

Have you ever read the Fourth Amendment.. just asking

What does the fourth Amendment have to do with those who Sign Documents, stipulating and agreeing to the Rules of the State Dept?

The is no proof she didn't follow the rules.

Not as of yet, but it most certainly raises troubling and legitimate legal and ethical questions and issues.

"We reject artificial boundaries between business, government and nonprofits."
The Clinton Foundation eased those boundaries and has taken contributions, of $1 million to $10 million, from the governments of Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. The Saudi Arabian government has given as much as $25 million.

Those funds, and other huge gifts, have drawn scrutiny of Hillary Clinton and the foundation, as she moves closer to declaring — or perhaps declining — a bid for the White House. A second controversy followed promptly: whether Clinton improperly used a private email account when she was secretary of state. The Clinton organization has been put on the defensive.

Bill and Hillary Clinton were forced to defend the recent rise in foreign donations sent to their foundation, donations which sparked ethical questions over the propriety of a possible presidential candidate raking in massive donations from foreign governments.
Foreign Donations to Clinton Foundation Raise Questions

The Clinton Foundation accepted millions of dollars from seven foreign governments during Hillary Rodham Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state, including one donation that violated its ethics agreement with the Obama administration, foundation officials disclosed Wednesday.

The Clinton Foundation reportedly is seeing an increase in contributions from foreign governments after ending a self-imposed ban on such donations, raising new ethical questions as Hillary Clinton prepares for a possible 2016 presidential campaign.

According to The Wall Street Journal, which cited the foundation's online database, recent donors to the foundation include the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Oman, Australia, Germany, and a Canadian government agency promoting construction of the Keystone XL pipeline.

Ohh. SO THAT'S why the KeyStone XL State Department review never made any progress. How nice. US economy decisions forced to be one way based on foreign monetary contributions to the Clinton Foundation?

That's really nice. Selling out what is in the better interests of the nation to foreign countries for foundation contributions. I'm kinda feeling screwed here.

Yes, she signed the rules, but there is no evidence that she broke those rules.

Yeah that was just one Aide.....then there is this one. Wonder why they want such specific emails and communications?

"44 USC Chapter 31, which is titled RECORDS MANAGEMENT BY FEDERAL AGENCIES.
"The head of each Federal agency shall make and preserve records containing adequate and proper documentation of the organization, functions, policies, decisions, procedures, and essential transactions of the agency and designed to furnish the information necessary to protect the legal and financial rights of the Government and of persons directly affected by the agency’s activities"
"§ 1236.22 What are the additional requirements for managing electronic mail records?
(a) Agencies must issue instructions to staff on the following retention and management requirements for electronic mail records:

(1) The names of sender and all addressee(s) and date the message was sent must be preserved for each electronic mail record in order for the context of the message to be understood. The agency may determine that other metadata is needed to meet agency business needs, e.g., receipt information.

(2) Attachments to electronic mail messages that are an integral part of the record must be preserved as part of the electronic mail record or linked to the electronic mail record with other related records.

(3) If the electronic mail system identifies users by codes or nicknames or identifies addressees only by the name of a distribution list, retain the intelligent or full names on directories or distributions lists to ensure identification of the sender and addressee(s) of messages that are records.
...

(b) Agencies that allow employees to send and receive official electronic mail messages using a system not operated by the agency must ensure that Federal records sent or received on such systems are preserved in the appropriate agency recordkeeping system."
Yes, she signed the rules, but there is no evidence that she broke those rules.

DeRp
The contemporary DNC and GOP parties are one party. the DeRps.

Ignore what they say, watch what they do!

Your common DeRp wants government spending and lots of it. DeRps don't care if they have to borrow it's only important that all of their choice interest groups (hobbies) are fed at the end of the day. The only difference between the DNC and the GOP is what the spending goes toward. They're consumers just like generation x women and no one takes their men seriously. The generation x women wear the pants in the DeRp house and they represent the marginal power of the DeRp vote.
Urban Dictionary: derp

No seeing how 'derp' plays into this, but whatever it is, is sure stinks to high heaven of corruption, that's for sure.

Thanks. But at the risk of repeating myself, there is no evidence she use her personnal account for conducting OFFICIAL government business. Perhaps some day there will be some, but for now there isn't any.

Oh yes! Beyond a doubt, the Republicans are petrified of Hillary Clinton, but not only Hillary, minorities in general or why else have they introduced voter repression?! The GOP's policies are so extreme they frighten to death ordinary Americans and so they (Republicans) have to resort to all sorts of political machinations, like gerrymandering, voter repression, stealing election (remember 2000 and GWB's theft of the presidential election?).

The Republican Party as it is today is a dying breed! In a couple of decades, the fastest growing minority in America will seize control.
Seize control? And do what? Turn America into the very countries they fled to get here? Brilliant. Oh, and unless 'very liberal' means very out of touch, no one is afraid of Hillary. At least no one on the right. She is very beatable. I think that the honest liberals know she is weak but really have no alternatives.

Hard to imagine that someone who's only using their private email server and accounts and their CrackBerry and claim to be doing their job, isn't sending or receiving official communications via that means. Either they aren't doing their job, or they're sending official communications via that means.

So which is it, Pete?

Most "liberals" don't have much use for Hillary Clinton.

As official spokesperson for all liberals? I wonder? :)

(Hey just yanking your chain. Friends get to do that, right?)

You're right Im sure she did all her correspondence by pigeon carrier.

Yet they will vote for her if she is the nominee. A Hillary nomination will put dems in the same boat republicans were in with Romney, McCain, and Dole. None of them made it.

No hope. Just change in their pockets. :twocents:

Hillary has become 'too big to fail' at this point. So no matter what she does, dems have to defend her.

Personal responsibility and accountability should be avoided at all costs.

I ain't voting for her, I know that.

Im going by what the State Dept said. Do you have any reason why the State Dept would lie about this while actually holding 55,000 emails in hand.
"WASHINGTON — Hillary Rodham Clinton exclusively used a personal email account to conduct government business as secretary of state, State Department officials said,
