Growing Number of Scientists Convert to Skeptics After Reviewing New Research

Following the U.S. Senate's vote today on a global warming measure (see today's AP article: Senate Defeats Climate Change Measure,) it is an opportune time to examine the recent and quite remarkable momentum shift taking place in climate science. Many former believers in catastrophic man-made global warming have recently reversed themselves and are now climate skeptics. The names included below are just a sampling of the prominent scientists who have spoken out recently to oppose former Vice President Al Gore, the United Nations and the media driven “consensus” on man-made global warming.

Despite the turning of the tide I'm quite sure that the UN will still do something to screw us all over.

Of course the UN, the political opportunists in Congress, the Progressive fanatics, and the deranged like Gore, will continue trying to screw us over. But I think the momentum of common sense will continue to grow, vote and ultimately prevail.

• Fail one: this guy has never believed in GW, so how could he "convert to being a skeptic after reviewing new research"?
  
  
• Fail two: since the 1970's he's been obsessed with believing the earth is headed for an ice age, and his views are soundly rejected by the scientific community.
  
  
• Fail three: Jaworowski also wrote that leaded gasoline didn't cause health problems.
  
  
• Fail four: Says that radiation poisoning is overblown and that the people of Chernobyl should not have been evacuated.
